Dont like going to big name stores but I was pleasantly surprised this time. They gave me quick courteous service AND instead of telling me I needed to get something higher priced actuality saved me several hundred dollars.. I am now a customer for life...Thank you Goodyear !!

Brought the family 4Runner in for 4 new tires and wheel alignment. They were busy but we got in as a walk-in. We really needed to change the tires and they helped us so much by taking on the job on top of the other appointments. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service from Ben Legaspi, the technicians did a fast job and we were back on the road. I drove from the other side of the island to this place, specifically, and I will again.

Keep in mind my car was running perfectly fine prior. I went in a week ago for an oil change and a week after that my car dies while I’m driving. I check my dip stick and it’s below 1 quart. I payed $70 for no oil. If there were problems with my car leaking oil I assumed they would see it. Not satisfied with the service.

Service was great, I havent had a single problem with my new all terrain tires, and the price wasnt ridiculous. Only 4 stars because they took a long time (longer than I was told before arriving) to get my tires done. Wouldnt have been that big of a deal but i didnt drop off my car, I was waiting in the building.

BUYER BEWAREOne of the Goodyear tires that they sold me ended up ballooning out with a bulge. When I bought the tire, they said that there was a 65k mile warranty. They tried to charge me nearly $50 to replace the tire, despite it being a manufacturers defect. I had to speak to the supervisor, who was still reluctant to waive the fee. They ended up still sticking me with an $8.50 disposal fee.I have also been waiting for 3 hours, and Im still waiting for them to change this one single tire.GO TO COSTCO!!!

Fast service... Maybe needs a remodel of their waitroom.

I brought my vehicle in because I was having acceleration problems and spoke to Ben L. who informed me that a diagnosis for this issue would start at a little over $100, which I agreed to. Once they checked it out and he got it back to me he let me know that the issue was minute and therefore had been fixed free of charge. I would recommend their services to others 👌🏽.

First off Mahalo to Charles for being so helpful and kind my review with Goodyear is very very good my experience was very good. They checked everything that I asked them to check I had gone to Midas and was told everything Goodyear checked was going to be $3,000 at Midas!!? Goodyear $212.30 Big Big difference... Mahalo Goodyear!

Best place to change and mount your tires. Jeremy was the worker who mounted my truck tires and did an excellent job making sure none of the aluminum runs got scratched or damaged in any way. From now on this is where I will take any rims and tires that need to be changed and/or mounted.

Today dad and I took his scrambler in for new back tires . Wed previously booked an appointment to do so . This place is on top of it .Boom in and out in around 20 minutes . Very competitive prices and selection of tires for almost every vehicle .

Talk to the guys yesterday about a flat tire and dropped it off yesterday morning was too damaged to fix so they replaced the tire called me back said it was ready to pick up in the afternoon came the next morning picked it up in and out in 5 minutes included putting tire back on vehicle have replaced tires and buy new ones here Pleasant and efficient personnel

Clayton answered when I called shortly after they opened at 7am. He assured me I could get right in and I did. He found the right (least expensive) tires for me without pushing and the technician, Tino, did a fast, comprehensive job with both tires and my spare. This was my first visit and I felt like Id been coming there for years! I need an oil change next, and my fuel pump is acting up. Guess where Im going. Great job all around. Too bad the TV was broken.

We got new tires and an alignment which I had to get re-aligned and it still wasnt aligned. I never got around to go back a third time before the 6 month alignment guarantee was up but next time Ill definitely go elsewhere for a proper alignment.

Worst customer service. If you make an appointment expect to wait 1-2 hours. I went in for an oil change. It shouldnt take that long. They pulled 2 cars ahead of mine because they said their appointment was ahead of mine. I shouldnt have to wait because they came late to their appointment.

Staff in the office has been knowledgeable, courteous, reasonably fast over last 5-6 years. I mainly go for oil change, tire rotation, safety check, & small repairs. For diagnosis of check engine light, its better to go to the dealer for full code reading.

This is the only place that I take my vehicle s for any type of services. I used to go to Firestone and Lex but I find this place very caring to there customers and not there to rip you off.

Its been a year since I had my oil change here and my mechanic has discovered some of the sources of my oil leaks. Unfortunately, some of these oil leaks were caused by simple mistakes by the person who changed my oil at Goodyear. My oil pan was not tightened up completely. The wrong oil filter was used and a smaller than normal O-ring for the filter which acts as a seal. Of course, it doesnt seal properly. To be fair my car is an older Saturn, so parts may have been hard to find in time. I should have of been notified of this.They did make sure I was aware of an oil leak at the time, but they had no idea where it was. I do not know if this oil leak was happening before or after the oil change.They are pleasant to work with as far as customer service goes.

Looks like they may be looking to get out of warranty on their tires. We will see after talking to manager 😁.

I was really impressed with QOS, and the fact they didnt try to upsell me. Ill go back there for my next oil change.

Worst customer service.. lied straight up... said nothing wrong tires.. even after pointing out protrusions in the side walls... tried telling me thats just how they are made..... then said ok maybe one is bad.... then ok yea all 4 are bad.... then got front seat totally dirty... and I said whats up with that... guy just looked at me and shrugged....

We had an appointment, drove an hour down the mountain and arrived 30 mins early only to be told there was a 3-4 hour wait before they would get us in. What??!! What is the appointment for?? And for a 3pm appointment cant you figure out your 4 hours behind and call us to reschedule?!!
