Treated my wife as most mechanics now will and tried to rip her off. Said they were military friendly and overcharged us. Offered full refunds for services we were unhappy with and now refuse. We set a schedule with them for our service and they did not follow it. The original problem we went in for was ignored because the mechanic said it wasn’t the problem. Disrespectful, unprofessional swindlers. DO NOT allow these people to have your business.

Very smooth transaction from the diagnostic through getting my vehicle back after being repaired. The mechanics are very straight-forward, and know what they are doing. One tends to be leery about which mechanic shop to choose, especially in a town with so many to choose from. Several of my Soldiers have taken their vehicles here for repairs over the years and have always been very satisfied with their work. I am glad I followed suit.

These guys are just car doctors. If you bring your car to these guys you will absolutely be satisfied at the end of their work. I bought a Ford Explorer in Florida and a few days later I was obliged to use a jumper every morning to start the car. I brought the car to the dealer and some auto repair shops in Hinesville area and nobody could fix the problem. When I brought the car to Magic Wrench, they just took a few time to repair and fix the problem. They explained me what exactly was the problem. And it was very cheap. They really know their job. I’m just happy !

Spoke about getting my Wrangler fixed over the phone, and they were very helpful and polite.Update: Very professional! They have been calling me with every update, found me a great engine, and have physically showed me what is wrong with my Jeep so I could see for myself then explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable. Best customer service I had with mechanics. Never had this good of service at a shop before anywhere. Highly recommend.Update: My Jeep is finally running again! They were super nice and caring, they even stayed overtime after shop was closed to make sure I could get my Jeep back that day. They are super honest and reasonable with their prices. Communicated with me the whole time and gave me updates on everything in the process. Best customer service out of any shop I’ve ever been too. Super fast and reliable. Looking for the best shop in the area. This is the place. They are very polite & thorough,show you things that are going on with your car. They try to get the parts as soon as possible, they keep you posted on the repairs on your car. Dont do anything without running it by you. Wow! These guys are the best. I have had my car fixed on several occasions here. They know their stuff really well. The most recent job they did on my car was the alternator. My alternator went bad and I went straight to them like Ive done in the past. They had it ordered and replaced the same day. They did a nice job and even had my brakes checked out too. The price I paid to get the job done was worth every penny. I was happy and satisfied with the quality of job they performed on my car. Without reservations, I will recommend this place to anyone who wishes to get their car fixed.

Magic Wrench replaced an intake manifold in my 2006 Ford Fusion, found another problem and didnt charge to fix the new problem.. They got my car back on the road and are some good dudes..

I dont normally leave reviews, but for this I feel like I have to. The water pump and fan clutch went out in my truck. Two hours after walking into the shop to discuss what I needed done, I received a call saying my truck was ready to be picked up. They did not overcharge for labor costs. Nor did they charge me for bringing in my own parts, unlike some other shops here in town. They will definitely be my go to for any other future services that I will need.

Nice enough at first. Took my car in the other day and got it “fixed” within an hour. First red flag was I asked for air to be put in my tires that were running low. Didn’t happen but was still charged. Whatever i filled them myself. Car ran fine for the rest of the day. I get in my car the next day and I’m having the exact same issue as I was before I lost ~$350. Tried calling 3 times in a span of 15 minutes in the afternoon on a day they were open and no answer. I can’t recommend this place at all.Edit: I’ll update this review if I can get this problem solved.Edit 2: They fixed the issue and no problems now.

I had my vehicle inspected by these guys so a potential buyer could feel comfortable with his purchase. Let me start by saying I used to be an automobile technician and can quickly point out a dishonest technician when I see one. It didnt take long with this shop. After the inspection, the technician stated my transmission fluid was black(needed to be serviced) and two quarts low, needed a new drive belt, and some other random stuff. I immediately pulled out the dipstick and asked him if the fluid looked black to him. It was a light red as clean transmission fluid should be and at the most was a half of a quart low. This was lie number one. Number 2 was about the drive belt. You know you need a drive belt when you start to see cracks on the belt. I didnt see a single crack on the belt and it looked new to me.I say all that to say this, if this technician goes out of his way to lie about a vehicle hes not even working on, what is he doing with customers vehicles? One can only imagine and if I were you I would stay away from this shop.

I have NEVER in my LIFE had such a horrendous experience with a mechanic. The lady at the front desk is OUTRAGEOUSLY rude and completely unprofessional. Their prices are TRIPLE what they should be, and they MAKE STUFF UP to charge more. THIS is the kind of shop that gives mechanics a bad name. Shame.

I have been to this shop often for routine maintenance and also remedial repair. I have never had any problems with the service. I am always given an estimate and they have always come in below the original estimate. They have even done some free diagnostics. They always look for the lowest price from their suppliers and have used parts I have supplied. I have seen two complaints about this shop and I know they must have repaired thousands of others customers cars without complaint. I highly recommend them.

Ive never had a problem with this shop. Ive taken my car there numerous times and they had always given me an estimate on what I needed done and sometimes even given me a discount. The service is always quick and they answer all of your questions and concerns. Ive never had unauthorized work done without my consent either. I dont know what the other people are talking about who gave them bad reviews. Most of everyone I know with tuned cars uses this exact shop over and over and over and talks good about them. I highly recommend. 😆

Took my car three places and they all found the same problem, except Magic Wrench, where I was told something completely different that was way more expensive. I even got to experience the whole act of one mechanic calling the other to validate/confirm the lie the first mechanic was feeding me.So I took it to one of the other shops and the problem was fixed.Not sure how there are good reviews here. Maybe there are honest mechanics in the shop or the mechanics are only dishonest sometimes

Weve been in town for almost 7 years, with various vehicles and we have never had a problem with the work they have done for us. The work is almost always done in a few days and the prices are fair. We have also never had anything but a respectful attitude from any of the employees or mechanics.I think seven years, three vehicles, and zero bad experiences speaks for itself.

Be aware...do not waste your money or time on this place. They will identify a false problem.... fix that so called problem just to tell you its something else. You have been warned. I went in for a squeaking noise for my car to leave with the same noise and $500 less than what I came with.

Dropped my red Expedition off last Thursday was supposed to be fixed by Saturday. Never got a call saying it was done. Called on Monday said they had gotten slammed with work. Then they said my vehicle would be finished by COB Thursday. Went back this morning car still isnt in the bay. 2 new cars were in said I was next. One of my buddies went by today to check and my truck still hasnt moved. So Im on the way to get my vehicle no BULLSHIT..... RUN AS THE OTHER GUY STATED IF YOURE MILITARY!!!!!

Took my car there they was patient and did everything my warranty asked of them to do they did a complete teardown of my engine to diagnose a ticking noise no question asked and when it came down my warranty ended up providing a new used engine and they changed it no questions asked their new receptionist keep my updated every step of the way

They tried to charge us $1000 more than what we got done for the same thing at another location, and they took a whole week to even give us an estimate. Watch out they might poke your eyes out with prices!!

Wife went to get a fuel pump replaced. Not only he charged full price for the pump ($460) he purchased at Oreilly, that I can go to autozone, advance and Oreilly and pay 220 for it with military discount, but they over priced their labor. Once done they claim I need a head job, and a computer. Wife got the job done while I was away and got hit with a 2200. Total on credit card 2980. Shops that take advanage of military wifes should be taken out of town!
