Excellent staff and workmanship there! Had a Ram truck w/ the 30 day tag still on it that got rear-ended. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and I didnt have to do a thing. They even set it up so I could drop my rental car off there when my truck was ready. I thoroughly recommend them with any repairs whatsoever! So I got the pleasure to work with Mr. Eric. He was nonstop awesome for me! Always giving me phone calls on my car and updating me.I even had to bring my car back because there was a leak, I thought they didn’t seal my windshield correctly but it turned out it was actually my sunroof bolts leaking. I am blown away at the experience I had at Muse! A dealership actually referred me to them, and I’m glad they did. First of all the waiting room is immaculate! Even my toddlers noticed how comfortable it was saying “this is like a house.” It’s cozy, and the beautiful bible quotes everywhere say something about the owner and the pride they take in their business. We were helped by Eric who was fast with a quote, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained things in a way I could understand because, let’s face it, I don’t know cars. I take my kids everywhere, we’re a package deal, and they had no problem with that. The woman at the front desk turned on cartoons for them and even watched them while I stepped outside to show Eric the damage on my vehicle. They made a task that I was dreading feel very easy and even enjoyable. I will be going here for any future collision needs and telling everyone about it too! Great job on my Chevy!! Eric is very helpful. They didn’t pass me off to another technician over the 3 month but instead stayed with the same technician throughout the whole process of clean title to salvage title to rebuilt title. Long process but they were very helpful.

(Just ask the guys over at Mike Reed Chevy how picky I am.) I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the quality of work or customer service at Muse Collision.Through tough times and vehicle-totaling collisions, the team at Muse has always had my back. Ive had 3 or 4 vehicles worked on, and no matter how big or little the job is, they always value my business. They provide a wonderful atmosphere and experience: whether youve pulled the door handle off of your dads truck or totaled your own Malibu, Muse will be there to pick up the pieces.

I deeply regret recommending Muse Collision for the repair of my sons high performance Camaro. Not only did they fail to repair the initial damage to the vehicle after repeated attempts to do, BUT they further damaged the car and refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused. This concern was addressed with them on numerous occasions to no avail. They failed to live up to any of their four operational tenets of honesty, integrity, quality repair, and customer service. They do not stand behind their work. Choose Muse and Loose.

I had a window that had some welding sparks etched into it due to bad body work from another body shop (they basically forgot to cover the window while doing the body work). Muse was able to find a used window that was in great condition. I dropped off the car and picked it up the next day, the window looks great and now I can put some tint on it. I would definitely recommend.

I was new to the area and needed a place to get my car fixed after an accident. The gentleman who did my estimate was very detailed. He looked all around, underneath, took pictures and everything. He was very knowledgeable and explained my options, whether I wanted to go thru my insurance or out of pocket. He pointed out things that other places I had went to get estimates never mentioned. Overall very nice personnel and establishment. I hope I wont get into another accident but if I did..... I would get services there again and recommend them to others.
