Ordered here a couple times this past few weeks and both times we have had issues. The cinnamon toast crunch was missing the crunch and swirls, our Halloween order didnt even come with the witch brooms advertised and we also ordered the Halloween minis to which we were called by our door dash driver, not even the company to let us know they were out of the minis and that was fine but since we had already paid we asked if they could replace them with something else and a lady in the background just came off rude saying oh my gosh in front of said driver like it was an issue to fix the problem. So we said its fine we will just take the refund. Still got charged for the minis so we had to call to make sure we got our money back. I am so sorry lady that you had a bad day but please dont take it out on paying customers and delivery drivers just trying to do their job.

My favorite place to get doughnuts at. The best is when their hot sign is on and you get them freshly off the rack. The employees have always been super nice, no matter if early morning or late at night. Their black coffee is also really good, I dont fancy their lattes but thats because I dont need that crazy sugary stuff in my coffee.

One of the better Krispy Kremes I have been to. Me and my boy went there and he asked if they are making any doughnuts and he was asked what kind he wanted. So they made a fresh batch of chocolate ones and he got to pick the one he wanted as it was being cooked. Great staff and super clean.

The store it self is always clean, the gal at the drive through wasnt so friendly or helpful, however the gal who I gave my card to at the window was friendly

Its chocolate glazed Friday. I wait in line to order. buy a dozen get a chocolate glazed dozen for 5 dollars. They make my order and I go to pay and another lady who did not take my order says these are chocolate glazed doughnuts but not The chocolate glazed doughnuts so you are going to have to wait for at least an hour for us to make The chocolate glazed doughnuts. So I left with out any doughnuts.

They never have anything. I went there before 8am one morning and they don’t have original glazed donuts. Krispy Cream really.So, today takes the cake!!! Coupons went out for a purchase of 4ct. Cinnamon rolls and get a free Cinnamon roll latte. Again, they don’t have any and this is before 3 pm this is a one day only coupon wouldn’t you think they should have this item because it’s the seller of the day. NOT, I suggest you guys shutdown!!!! Disappointing again guess Dunkin’ Donuts will have my money for now on

It was great Ive never had hot donuts. I got to see them go thru the process. Its pretty cool. Im from PA the part Ill from we dont have a Krispy Kreme. The hot donuts are amazing. The service was great to. Im gonna be thing back when Im able to.

I drive all the way from Patterson to eat here! A couple more flavors would be great. every if they rotate every week or so. They only had 10 different kinds on my last visit. A hot donut right off the roller is AMAZING. Best Donut place

Stop by Krispy Kreme at 7:37 this morning because the Hot donut sign was on... the only reason I stopped when I paid for my donuts and was handed the box I could tell the box was not even warm so I asked again I ordered hot donuts these are hot right...yes theyre hot. All of the donuts were cold almost as if they were refrigerated they were fresh but they were cold.I understand during covid theres an employee shortage with longer waits. I patiently wait at any food establishment without ever complaining. However when I order a product or an item I expect it to be what was advertised and what I was reassured it was after I inquired. Im very disappointed that the advertisement was misrepresented, and then the staff give false information about my order when I confirmed my expectations....... should have saved my $13 my time and now frustration.

It was horrible it was my third time going there and they where out of doughnuts. They didnt even have the original glazed. I will have to get some from Savannah when I go today. Wouldnt refer amdone to sit in the long lines just for them to day they are out. Thats bad business at least it will n the menu so people dont be standing in line for nothing.

I just came thru at 1120 am my order was correct but the drive thru operator was rushing me I couldn’t even get my whole order out before she told me my total I had to tell her that I wasn’t done ordering yet and when I did she still was rushing me

Saw the hot sign on expecting to get fresh doughnuts right off the belt. But, instead... I drive up to the window to see someone taking them from one box to another. They werent hot glazed at all. 🤦🏾‍♀️ The situation was fixed though.

Hinesville,Ga.16:47 01Sept.21. Worst than usual 1very slender young man running between the drive thru window and the counter. 2US Soldier waiting patiently for service. Finally elderly looking supervisor/manager appears from back and informs another waiting customer that currently no glaze Donuts, batch being made it may 30mins or more. Back of store as seen from front counter appears filthy and unsanitary..I have always loved Krispy Kreme but this really destroys the reputation.

I have been to your Hinesville location 3 times this week only was able to get Doughnuts once!!!!! First time they started late couldnt wait! Second time One person bought all the glaze when I was in line. The third time I got three dozen I wanted to use my rewards but she couldnt use them!!! And that toke 25 mins, I left the store unsatisfied, frustrated, and disappointed!!!!!

Tried the sweet-or-treat donuts. They were really festive with the decorations. Online order purchase experience was great. Just not sure why that one vampire looking donut is completely different from the other two and we didnt get the chocolate covered doughnut with sprinkles. But no biggie!

I tried calling 3 times with no luck before writing this review. Bought the 16 piece mini donuts and when my grand babies wouldn’t eat them I tried them. They were old and heavy. The price they charge you would think they would be fresh. Shame on them for even selling them. They 6 chocolate topping regular donuts were fine. You can tell bad donuts to decent ones. So beware and ask if they are fresh or not

I always visit in the mornings when the hot light is on and the doughnuts are always hot and fresh. The staffs kindness is always hit and miss but the service is usually quick so it doesnt bother me much. Ill give an A

Krispy Kreme doughnuts have not been one of my favorites but these doughnuts I had today were awesome...they had the light on...

I had a craving and decided to visit this location for the first time last night. There were about 3-4 cars ahead of me in the drive thur. I was in line for at least 30 minutes... for doughnuts! The guy at the window was nice, but it seemed like he was doing it all even with other staff there. I ordered an assorted dozen and there were okay. If I decide to visit this location again itll definitely be awhile.

Very disappointed. Went to go inside the building they had the doors locked at 9 p.m and they are open till 11. Had no sign on the door specifically stating they were closing the lobby early. I usually make special stops when I come through to get some donuts but after tonight I will not be. I pulled on the doors which were locked and the two young men that saw me just stared at me.

This is the third time I’ve been by this particular location that they do not have Original Krispy Kreme doughnuts. How do you even stay open if you can’t keep ordinal in stock. If you run out, make some more.

Drive thru was a little busy but the cashier moved the line quickly and once at the window he was very friendly and the doughnuts were extremely hot, good and fresh. My only gripe was there were no lemons.

They are always out of the basics. Their main focus is donuts but they only had a few made, staff is always rude.

Absolutely terrible service! The employee at the drive through didnt want to attend us and made us go inside then Waited for 10 minutes while the employees argued in the back over who was going to serve us.

It was exciting for Hinesville to get our own KK. Things definately arent like the old days though. 😔 The chocolate ice glazed are rarely topped with much more than a thin, tiny ring of chocolate. And no more warn small town feel/greetings. Disappointing.

Love the donuts, way better than any other. The workers could use some training in customer service but all in all Ill still go.

My donuts was oversized ! Then I asked for chocolate iced with sprinkles . The donut should be drowned with sprinkles not just a few as if they saving sprinkles. If I wanted to taste the chocolate I would have just order chocolate donut.

My husband bought a mixed dozen of doughnuts. The six glazed doughnuts were very small. Seriously two bites and it was over. Tried to call the store but no one answers the phone!!!

Would give it zero if possible. Coffee was cold and old doughnuts were stale and nasty. My gf got an iced coffee that was smaller than my small hot coffee she ordered a medium. Never going back to this one. They need to do better and get staff that care. I dont know how long them doughnuts were sitting there but they were almost rock solid. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. You can do better anywhere else.

Ordered donuts 2 days in a row from this location. On the 1st day the donuts were ordered online, they were incorrect in the box when picked up and they were hard. The next morning, only because I wanted to try the new Chocolate donuts this morning that were being advertised and were available to order on the app, I get my box and no Chocolate donuts, SMH. At least they are a bit more fresh this morning.

Craving Krispy Kreme and hadnt visited our Hinesville location since it opened. BTW, I love Krispy Kreme and was looking forward to the hot fresh doughnut I enjoy.It was awful.The doughnuts were hard, stale and they had no variety.They had new ones on the counter; not hot and same flavor. They didnt even bother to give me the ones in the racks behind them .Disappointed and Im not planning to go back in the near future.Fix it or youll be another closed location. That would be a shame.

I love donuts... Uummmm but the ones giving to me and my mother were not fresh at all.

The donuts tasted okay, but when we asked for chocolate donuts there was almost none on the donuts and it looked as if they accidentally dropped some chocolate on them. Also had to be the thinnest donut Ive ever seen. The original were fine and looked normal size, but were at least two times the size of the chocolate ones.

Always hit this place up when the hot light is on!

Today was coffee day. You got afree donut and coffee. Ask for a carmel ice coffee. Order extra donuts. Got to window serve was aweful. Was overcharging first. Then gave me a cup of hot coffee that was cold. I ask her for a carmel Ice coffee said machine broke. I then asked her did she have cream and sugar said was in coffee open it up and was black coffee. She gave me another cup of black coffee with cream no sugar. If you dont like your type of work you do. Dont apply for the JOB!!!!!!!. Customer Service is when you deal with the public!!!!!

Went for a visit with my children, we always love to stop by.But the short female manager was extremely rude and was shouting at the employees from across the store. Extremely unprofessional.Doughnuts were not fresh. And the kids behind the counter never spoke a word

Usually ok, not like others krispy Kremes. You will have a long waiiiitttttt, also they dont honor their coupons, that the company its self sends out, through the mail. I kept telling the employee about the specifics of the coupon, after showing it to her she still wouldnt honor it. I used the coupon, but very limited on how I could use it, she allowed me to use it to her standards.

While I was watching the hot doughnuts, the staff was courteous & helpful. I have never been in a Krispy Kreme with better customer service! I believe they would have stirred my coffee had I asked them to or if they saw I needed them to. Their manager must be a great trainer.
