Very busy at times but amazing staff! The inside is adorable when it’s open and they are always friendly. Drinks come out usually on time and are almost always perfect! I’m a daily drinker and love my location despite how packed it is. It’s worth the wait! I suggest ordering online for in store pickup :). The take one/leave one wall is adorable and always fun to read! Really leaves a sense of community ❤️ I will miss this Starbucks when I move

I come here everyday during my break or before work. Staff is AMAZING! I just wish you guys wore gloves. It is a MUST when touching others food or drinks. Please be mindful that gloves required in a kitchen was a thing BEFORE Covid.

Employees were very rude when I was trying to get the correct drink and they kept telling me I was wrong. Eventually they got fed up with me, even though I wasn’t being rude, and got their manager. After I described the order, a caramel apple spice, they all apologized but the guy at the window was still being rude and basically told me to stop talking.

Always experienced nice staff here. Gladly will make drinks the way you want them if youre not satisfied. Only thing of course is the long drive thru. But it comes with all Starbucks shops lol.I did have 1 staff member be somewhat rude while trying to pick up my mobile order Inside. Wont call them out but remember to always treat people kindly and do not talk down to anyone, especially if youre looking to keep your job.

Not sure if it’s new staff or what but this is the slowest and worst Starbucks I’ve been to in quite sometime. The wait time is insane. I literally sat at the window the other day and waited 10 additional minutes for my frappe after waiting in line 25 minutes after ordering my items. I am not in line again and it’s going on 20 minute wait. I’m only to hope my order is actually made and ready when I get to the window this time. I think they need some help.Let me add that I’m now at the window and they did not have my order ready. Well they didn’t even have my order rung up. Now I have to wait 5 more minutes for it to sit. I won’t be back to this one. Who ever management is you need to fix it.

Usually really good for the most part, but due to rushing a bit too much when it gets busy they have often messed up my drink order. Usually I would have then remake it but someone usually bring it to me and when Ive picked up they have been packed. My most recent complaint though is I love the matcha latte and everytime I ask for light ice, as indicated in the pics I always have more ice than drink. Again I would have them redo it but the last 3 times Ive ordered they have been brought to me. No point in calling if I get off late. Id rather go on post from now on.

Didnt really have a lot of items due to national world wide shortage. I tried the Strawberry funnel drink and I did not like it at all its very bitter has no sweetness to it.

Did a mobile order, my drink was correct, delicious and ready when I arrived.

Had the spinach egg and feta wrap. It was very full compared to other Starbucks Ive visited and very satisfying.

Great attention to detail with good customer service. Unfortunately the lines are massive. Kudos to the workers there I feel that all of the pressure they endure there should be some type of wage increase.......prove me wrong.

This starbucks is great, yes the Drive Thru line sucks but I always get what I order and in a timely manner. My dogs love this place, every now and then they get their free Puppuccino’s.

Super disappointed.I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato with cold foam, not that complicated of a drink to make (I’ve worked at a coffee shop and this is a pretty basic drink)For one, cold foam and canned whipped cream are NOT the same thing. This is about the 4th time they didn’t give me cold foam.And second, there was no espresso in my drink whatsoever.The first couple times they messed up my drinks I figured maybe they were just busy or something but even after complaining multiple times on numerous occasions they still kept making my drinks wrong, so that’s my last time going to this location.

Nice convenient location, with plenty of parking, and a drive thru. Baristas always provide quick friendly service, and orders always seem to be right. The only downside to this location is how loud it is. Every sound in here echos and is magnified, buy the open concept, cement floor, and high ceiling. Its picky, but man this is a loud shop.

Starbucks will never change. Food and drinks everything awesome employees are super nice its just the prices are very hi so I can must go as much as I would like to

This Starbucks has a habit of substituting other ingredients in your order instead of letting you know when you order that they are out of certain ingredients that are key to the taste of your coffee. This has happen to me on three occasions and I guess they assume you are just too stupid to know the difference, by far the worst Starbucks that I have ever serviced!!

This location needs better trained staff for the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The drink is supposed to be layered, espresso on the bottom and oatmilk on top. If made in correctly (oatmilk and espresso are mixed), it changes the taste of the drink completely. I literally go to Starbucks for this drink and only for this drink, so its very disappointing this location cant get it right.

Probably the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to and they never have simple ingredients. Asked for a peach green tea and they didn’t have peach. This is the 4th time this has happened.

I very rarely go to Starbucks, but today I was kinda feeling like getting a drink from them. I’m currently pregnant though so coffee from them was out of the question. Well I say they had just cream frappes, so I went through the drive through and ordered a chocolate cookie thingy and specifically asked that there was no coffee because I’m pregnant and can’t drink it. She told me no. Well I didn’t realize until I got home, but she handed me a mocha cookie thing instead, which has a load of coffee in it. Was kinda upset because I was really looking forward to drinking it and even specifically asked her about it before getting it so I knew if I could drink it and now I paid $6 for a drink I can’t even drink. Was extremely disappointed.. not to mention, I also did it on the bogo (buy one get one free) day for app users and even after “scanning” my app so it’ll work, they still charged me full price for both of the drinks, which is ridiculous considering it’s always worked before at different stores. Not happy at all with the situation and service.

Every single time I go to this Starbucks, they always mess up my order. I dont think I had a single drink from this Starbucks that was right. I tried an iced white mocha with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and caramel drizzle, and they used whipped cream instead of the cold foam and they didnt put the caramel on it at all. I get this drink pretty regularly and every single time it tastes different.

Hinesville Starbucks is the WORST location I’ve been to. Every time I go here I wait 30+ minutes. The employees are rude, they don’t acknowledge you, they constantly get my order wrong or give me a grande size coffee when I order a venti. I’ve spoken to the district manager and nothing has changed. She had the nerve to tell me that she gets “rave reviews” about this location. Lol..... from who?? They are super understaffed, they are constantly out of stuff. Just all around a horrible place.

This is by far the worst Starbucks ever! The management or whoever sets this team up for failure and it’s sad!! They are always out of something, super busy to the point they aren’t staffed for it, or get my order wrong, one time it was five minutes before close no ones in the drive thru btw I didn’t know they closed so early thought they closed at 7 not five and they said sorry we are closed I understand it takes time to clean everything so they can get out but lord when you have to shutdown because you are understaffed upper management obviously isn’t doing something right. It’s honestly sad!!

This Starbucks is legitimately the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I never have a problem my order is always ready right when I get to the window, and the drive thru lines go super fast. The few times they’ve been out of something I ordered(I usually go through mobile) when I pull up they’re super quick to offer a full refund on that item or exchange for something else without me even having to say a word. The baristas are out of this world friendly and is the main reason I gladly keep coming here seriously some of the hands down best service I’ve ever gotten from a fast food place. Keep on the great work!

The quality at this store has rapidly gone down hill in the past few months. Orders are consistently made wrong and service is extremely slow. To top it off, I was just told I couldnt have something (extra caramel drizzle) that I had already paid for. And no refund was offered. I was given a drink that was made wrong and then told I couldnt get it made correctly and no refund offered. How are you not going to give the customer what they already paid for? Ridiculous. Very poor customer service.

Amazing customer service Skylar is absolutely awesome! I didnt have that great of a day and that girl most definitely cheered me up with 2 free drink cards! Yummy food, sweet treats and the drinks are always on point!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They constantly mess up my drink and when I ask them very politely to fix it, they have the worst attitudes about it. Well maybe y’all shouldn’t say “let us know if it’s wrong” if you don’t want to fix it. I have been going to this Starbucks for several years and never had this problem to recently. I also spoke to one of the managers about my order and she said she would speak to her employees to make sure they are making orders correctly but honestly I don’t think that’s happened. I understand that people make mistakes, however, making the drinks wrong everyday is a problem especially when I’m paying extra for things and not getting them. That’s MY money being wasted. Will not be returning here and will let my friends and family know not to go here. We’ll drive the extra few minutes on post. At least they will correct themselves and apologize for it.

Worst drive thru in the history of Starbucks. No reason it should take 30 minutes. I’ve seen busier Starbucks with more cars take less time. Now my drink is melted halfway. Awesome.

Food and drink quality is great here and the staff is wonderful. The drive-thru is quick. The staff is eagerly willing to insure your drink is what you want and enjoy. The breakfast is really good especially the bagels and eggs. This location is also very quick at fulfilling your mobile orders. Location is conveniently located on the main road in Hinesville. This Starbucks is very clean and safe for family.

Hours was a joke. Sign posted to open till 9pm but got turned away when showing up at 8:30pm. As I walked out the girl shut the door right behind me. Its not even about the service but their attitude. She couldve said Sorry were closed, the sign was incorrect etc. Instead she just screamed closed, closed when I walked in.

They were terrible tonight! I ordered three Carmel Frappuccino and they were awful!

This Starbucks has just run itself down to the ground. Baristas are A-holes and extremely rude. I mobile order a few times a week and EVERY SINGLE TIME ITS WRONG! How hard is it to read? I ask for it to be corrected and they act like it’s a life altering inconvenience to them. If I am pay over $5 for a cup of coffee I’d like it to be correct. Work on your attitude ladies. I’ll be going on post for coffee now as will the rest of my friends and family

I went last night and my tea was messed up, went back to get it fixed, it was on great. The photo you see now, it was a drink for one of my sons. He really enjoyed it and thought it was cery cool how the barista made his drink.

Pretty sure this location was closed today, though all websites say they’re open. Went to the drive thru, and the line was about 20 minutes long, only to find that nobody was taking orders. So I waited for absolutely nothing.

Baristas are always super nice and friendly. Have never had any issues with any of my orders either.

My drinks are always made really good, but the drive through is so slow. I have never waited in a Starbucks drive through for this long, but 20 minutes is excessive.

Frequent this Starbucks as its my favorite local spot! My order is always correct and tastes great. The drive thru staff are always happy and smiling, making for a great stop in the mornings.Highly recommend their hot teas. They arent easy to find on the menu but the medicine ball is the best thing when youre sick!

I posted my initial review of this store 7 months ago. Todays date is 01/22. Everyone has off days right ? Well since then this store has been nothing but AMAZING. They greet you every time you enter. The drive through workers are always polite and customer service overall 5/5 in my book.

Don’t usually write a bad review but... this was the worst Starbucks coffee we have ever been served. Pike’s place was extremely bitter and two vanilla lattes had NO vanilla at all in them, tasted horrible. None of us could even drink the coffee😩😡. Spent $11 and had to throw away- very disappointed.

They have to fix the schedule on the Internet, because it says that they close at 9 pm and I went at 6:07 and they did not sell me.

I love going to this Starbucks. The atmosphere is so lively and friendly even on the days they have been slammed and I know they are miserable. All the employees are caring and want to give you a cup of happiness. Katie is amazing you can tell she is dedicated to her job and will do anything to satisfy the customers!

Good coffee but takes forever.

Usually drive thru is amazing. But wait times are horrible lately and to go from temp houra of 7 to 5, to 7 to 1 is ridiculous with how busy this location is. They need their staff back because this new crew is just not friendly or anything.. This has been my last visit ans will do the drive to either Ft. Stewart or even pooler at this point.

I ordered an iced drink, in my personal metal cup. Since its a metal cup, I didnt know theyd made it hot until I took a big fat pull off the drink. I guess I wasnt nearly upset enough when I went in to get it fixed, because everyone seemed pretty unconcerned that I ordered iced coffee and took a big swallow of lava.
