They sales me a prepay cell phone very expensive, and checking on other Verizon store are cheap

Either the store has very poor information about offers customers are receiving direct from Verizon or they are trying to screw customers over. We have been receiving offers from Verizon to receive Samsung Galaxy 5G phones for $600 off each. We went to this store and they said there was no such offer, that we could only receive a $45 discount for trading in our old phones. However when we left I went to Verizon online and had no trouble ordering the new S21 5G phones for $600 off each (net cost about $220 each) trading in our old S7 phones. Check what this store is offering vs. Verizon direct or you may be cheated.

Will was most terrific!!!Answered every question I had with professional eloquence. Listen, I had been with a rival carrier since 2006. I am a technical geek and wore him out. He passed my test. So did Verizon! I signed up, and I will be back to bring over all 7 business lines. My wife will be in to transfer the lines from her business as well. Went back for a variety of reasons; Every staff here was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful! Thank you!!!

Very nice eatablishment. The employees are respectful and help to the best of their knowledge! The atmosphere in the buliding is light and friendly. I only wish the they were closer to town. Highly recommend! Areanna was a big help!

Since I’ve moved here to Hobbs, New Mexico, when the day came that I was starting my own phone plan, the flying Hawaiian Chris couldn’t have done it any better. I actually first got help from a previous employee and when he left, I was recommended to Chris. Chris has a very welcoming and straight forward manner to the point you forget your a customer and you feel like family. He answers almost every question he can and explains it until it’s crystal clear to his people. He goes over whatever changes you ask to be made to your account, the pricing, when it goes into affect, etc. Not pushy and encourages you contact him if any issues arise. He is my go to guy for sure an I highly recommend him to anyone!

Well this Verizon store has very well respected Sales Reps. Stephanie Sandoval was my rep and she is the best. She takes care of everything andhas the sweetest kindest attitude. I am very grateful for her. I recommend this Verizon store and also Stephanie as a Sales rep she will not disappoint you.

My Google Pixel 3 completely and inexplicably died on me so I can into the store extremely aggravated and expecting to leave unsatisfied. Will was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to put my apprehension at ease and hooked me up with a new LG V40 for a reasonable price. I will always come to this location in the future for all my cell phone needs.

Will Dishman is Amazing he always goes above and beyond to do what he can for his customers. We have been only using him since we moved back a few years ago. He is humble and kind one of the best people we know. I would give him more that a 5 star !!!

Phenomenal customer service! You don’t feel like a customer going into a situation where you feel the possibility of being taken advantage of. It’s almost like going into a store where a friend wants to help you get the most bang for your buck! I love being able to go in and have my questions answered, needs met, and personal interests taken into account. It’s difficult not being in vicinity of someone who you’re trying to help purchase cellular services, but sending my grandmother there was the best decision I made! She spoke very highly of Will and all of his employees, and I could not be happier with how well they have taken care of her!

There was a gentleman named Alan at the store that helped me. He assisted me with switching over 4 lines while waving his own fees to help us cover our cost. He was very nice and well spoken, Ill be sure to come again.

Experience started well with Rochelle, but seems like others are a bit inexperienced, taking too long to resolve my issue, with technology the way it is, my issue should have been resolved quicker. They owe me $425.00 and I have spoken with Verizon at least half a dozen times. Completely disappointed and I came from AT&T only to be treated worse.
