Got to the door at 7:58 and the store closed at 8:00. Some idiot with pink hair stood at the locked door with keys in her hand and would not let my wife in. Another idiot with black hair stood behind the cash register with a smirk on her face and did nothing about it. When my wife said it wasn’t 8:00 yet the idiot said so sorry. Now I know it’s our fault for getting there so close to closing, however we were still there during operating hours. I thought maybe we’d call the next day and tell a manager about this but I see from previous reviews that the management also doesn’t care much. So instead we will leave reviews wherever we can. Oh, this is the first negative review I have ever left, so it’s not like we make this a habit. If a manager or owner should happen to read this review, check the cameras and you will see she was at the door at 7:58. And whoever does your hiring needs to be disciplined. You can’t possibly tell me these two interviewed well. This happened 4/6/19 @ 7:58 PM

July 1st 2019, I visited this store. Like the post before me, I agree the staff here is very unprofessional. Customer service is really terrible. The price on the shelf was one price and at the register it rang up to a higher price. The cashier was rude when I asked to get it for the price on the shelf, and come to find out all the items over in that section was wrong and the cashier said the prices should have been changed since October 2018, which didnt make since to me. When I asked to speak to a manager she said there was no manager in the store and she had no idea when the manager would be in.

No problems with staff at all here on several occasions. Sure it aint you?

I love this store.... When the general manager isnt there. I get along with all the other staff wonderfully (probably because Im around the same age as everyone that gets hired there), but the manager makes me feel unwelcome from the second I step in just with her aura. The prices are good, the employees there always want to know how something works out for me so they can be more knowledgeable when helping customers. But one time I just wanted arctic fox and it wasnt released in store yet, so the GM decided to try and steer me to anything else even though I said I only wanted arctic fox. And when I try talking to her to be nice, she says things like Im not anywhere near as knowledgeable as she is about hair dye but I do unnatural colors WAYYYYY more often than her. Its to the point where if I see her in the store I dont even go in anymore and take the 5 mile further drive. If I wanted my knowledge base to be insulted I would go to wig and beauty in streamwood. Just saying. If the manager didnt treat me like that, Id give this store a 5 star rating. But shes just fake when shes nice, or shes real and insulting to someone she sees at least twice a month there. Maybe one day shell remember my face smh.

Very rude employees. Asked a question about a coupon while at the back of the store. Walked to the front of the store in a different isle and heard the employees making fun of me for being cheap and using a coupon and being an idiot for asking the question. Very unprofessional staff. Usually rude, but this time around they event topped themselves by making fun of me.

People VERY often VERY rude

Overheard staff talking about innappropriate personal buisness with each other. Every time I go to this store out of the past 6 months, there is a huge section of wella toners that is completely empty. You can literally see through to the other side of the aisle, its so barren.
