They were the rave when they opened 20 years ago, in an underhanded attempt to put Holbrook Bagels out of business. They have not updated a single thing in 20 years. I stopped in last week for breakfast, and the place had a dingy, dirty look and feel to it. I refuse to buy any baked goods from them, because I do not like Glen Wayne Bakery, and because at 730 am there should not have been crumbs all over the inside of the bakery case. Which tells me that their pastry goods were at least a day old, and that nobody bothered to wipe down the bakery case the night before. Also, there was a kid working the grill with a full head of bushy, curly hair, and was not wearing any type of a hair net or hair covering, as is required by Suffolk County Health Department.

What was once my favorite bagel shop has rapidly become nothing more than a disappointment. Time after time my orders are not logged correctly and I find myself getting unwanted ingredients on my sandwich. Today it was bacon, other times ketchup. Bagel Delis are a fast paced business, but if you can not do it accurately then slow down. Its a shame because I really like the bagels but after several issues in a few month span Ill take my and my families business elsewhere.

The place is ok food is decent. Bagels are decent for NY. Employees are very nice. But the owners must be crazy. It’s basically highway robbery to charge this much for some of the items $6.99 a pound for cream cheese? What are we in Monaco? The cream cheese is more expensive then the bagels. What’s funny is at that price when you order a bagel with cream cheese your getting about 1/4 lb of cream cheese on your bagel. So basically your getting $1.75 worth of cream cheese per bagel. The prices just don’t make sense. It shouldn’t even be half of that.

Breakfast, variety of fresh bagels, wraps, sandwiches available. Very busy in the morning up until around 11am mostly with steady customers, but friendly and happy employees makes it as fast as they can while the customers can peruse the variety of newspapers available at the store.For lunch I recommend their delicious, juicy Angus Burguer👍I was asteady Holbrook Bagel(1 block away) patron, untl I tried this store, but now I alternate. I want keep some healthy competition in town, Bagel Brothers(this store) seems to be doing better...may be because seats are available to eat in

Dont waste your money at any fast food place to get breakfast. Just come to bagel Brothers this such a nice family owned business that when I went there and they were closed they just left the door open they went out of their way to make my fiance and myself whatever we wanted egg sandwiches I got a big old blueberry muffin they were willing to make me as roast beef sandwich five stars all around. They make bagels from 5:00 a.m. or 4:00 a.m. to like 8:00 p.m. doesnt get any better than this place. Theres nothing that you want for breakfast to lunch that they dont have. Nothing. Friendly staff very clean store.

The hospitality was awful extremely chaotic people would run in front of you in what I assume is supposed to be a line no orders were called they kind of just stare at you and expect you to know its your order I wouldnt recommend it

Excellent bagels and breakfast sandwiches

Great bagels, but the store is dirty and with the exception of 1 or 2 staff members, they are way too slow. You have to hustle to be in the bagel/deli business. The wait time for just a buttered bagel, not even an egg sandwich, when there is no line, is unacceptable. Too many Chiefs not enough Indians! I miss the original owners from many years ago, they were great!

The bagels here are good but not any better than any other bagel shop. The workers behind the counter are literally crawling all over each other and the other thing that bothered me the last time I was there was a couple of the staff members wore their face masks under their nose.I mean come on.

Not a big fan of this place. Its been a main stay in the area for awhile but there are so many other bagel stores. Ive tried this place many times. Its dirty. The bagels are good but thats where it ends. The salads are all crusty and old. The deli sandwiches are in line with other bagel stores price wise but way smaller. The servers are a bit rude as well. Do yourself a favor and go to bagel in Ronkonkoma. Now thats a good bagel store.

Amazing yummy bagels - many different types - full deli counter options, employees are always nice. Some of the negative reviews mention incorrect orders but Ive never had an issue here. Their rating should be higher in my opinion. Yes there can be a bit of a wait, but thats what you get for quality breakfast sandwiches, people! Chill out! I always look forward to dropping off the hubby at the train then stopping here on the way home.

I waited just over 20 minutes for one egg sandwich a few days ago. Only 1 other person was ahead of me. Two people came in after me and somehow got their sandwiches before me. The whole time the woman apologizing telling me “it’ll be right up”....crazy how Holbrook Bagels will be packed and I’ll still be out in 5 minutes. I usually go to Holbrook Bagels but decided to switch it up this day, never again. Egg sandwich wasn’t bad but it wasn’t that great either. Bagels are too big and doughy. Also, it’s overpriced. I can get cheaper and better egg sandwiches anywhere else....and those usual come with a free coffee unlike this place

All I ordered was a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. While Im waiting 2 customers behind get there sandwich orders. No sign of my bagel. After a hard stare my bagel shows up not toasted barely warm.

This place could be good . Cook is bad at making eggs as requested (no idea what over medium is). But that can looked overThe main problem is there changing billing policies over and over. First they try sneaking in a charge on your debit card(small sign on register) done with all the complaints they got rid of that and stop charging you a fee.All the sudden last week its a 10 dollar minimum on debit card. The owner said the fees are just too much for him.They better get with the times in a more and more cashless Society. People are going other places!

I love it here =) Ordering gets a little awkward when its really busy, and they only made a mistake once (this morning they forgot the sausage on my egg sandwich & Im a big baby and didnt know till an hour after I got home and I wanted to cry) but they open super early - 5AM - which is awesome for a person like me who works crazy overnight hours. Love this place!!

Great tasting bagels, fast service!

Ordered two bagels, one was supposed to be with vegetable cream cheese. Instead got that bagel with regular cream cheese. Got charged as if it was vegetable cream cheese. But everyone was very nice and the bagels were good. Hopefully they dont need to like this to often...

I have gone here on many occasions and they just cant seem to get it right. 30 min wait for two egg sandwiches with three customers in the store. other customers come and go with their food and im still waiting. Then yet again this will be the fifth time its happened. Sandwich is wrong, one sandwich missing, and just the oh sorry attitude. Worst bagel place by far. I am done.

Went here a few times, food was ok the old lady behind the counter needs to become friendlier or something. Very disgruntled in the morning. It doesnt hurt to smile and say thanks have a good day.

Bagels are good and they do put a decent amount of cream cheese, but DO NOT order any sandwich that has bacon and expect them to put more than 2 slices on it. I mean it. They will put the same amount of bacon in a BLT as they would an egg sandwich. Which is fine for a breakfast sandwich but not when you want a BLT. Two slices of bacon in a BLT is unacceptable. They do it everytime you order a BLT so you have to order extra bacon, and you shouldnt have to order extra bacon just to have a normal BLT. Otherwise not a bad place overall...if you dont like bacon.

If I could give a 0 star I would. It was over 16 dollars for 2 egg sandwiches the people were rude. And the sandwiches didnt even come with a coffee. Will never go back.

Out of homefries.... cheese wasnt even melted when i got my breakfast sandwich... barely any bacon... when i finally had them remake to my liking & sat down to eat they started sweeping the floor right next to me. Definitely not coming back here. Overpriced & Dirty. The spanish older man literally kept bumping in to my child to get around her to sweep. We were the only customers there & it wasnt even near closing time.

Done going to this place. Food is alright, but the simple fact that they cant read an order and they mess up your sandwich 4 times in a row on 4 separate occasions is pathetic.Never again.
