Hit or miss - dependent on whose working. Lately they’ve been awesome for egg sandwiches but extremely light on the cream cheese bagels. Reminds me of 7/11’s cream cheese to bagel ratio.

The service is super slow. They often won’t answer the phone and have over a 25 minute wait for breakfast sandwiches. IF you can tolerate the slow service and long waits the food is usually good.

I was shocked to see that no one changed their gloves after handling money then preparing food. I could even eat my food. Was really disappointed

Very poor selection and outrageous prices for 4 okay BEC’s. That’s the reason bagel lovers has 30 people waiting in line and they have 2.

I work here and I Must say the staff is amazing. I get along with everyone there and have tried a lot of food. I think it’s great food and a friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends. COME TO BAGEL CAFE!

The service is terrible. Very slow and they open at 6am but the bagels aren’t even done yet. Why open if you still haven’t done your job and make the bagels before opening? Have to wait an extra half an hour.

Breakfast was very good with very fair pricing. Also very clean & tidy inside.

I supported this store all though the Pandemic 3 to 4 times a week.! Now I know why they NEVER want to give you a receipt? Because they are up charging close to 5%.This is what I get for being a loyal customer that helped him keep his doors open.Never again will i step foot in this place.

Great food a little high in price.

Walked in on a Saturday and a younger guy tried taking my order without even talking to me. Just a head nod. Had to repeat my order of egg and cheddar on a bagel like three times. Got the sandwich and it was so undercooked the egg whites were running everywhere. Terrible place.

Egg sandwich was extremely greasy

When I first came here early in the year, I was not happy. Employees could not seem to get on the same page. Employees were arguing in front of customers, nobody new to make pancake batter ahead of time so they wouldnt be like paperweights, etc. so I stopped going. I was about to write them off as going out of business shortly. Then a few months later, I returned because, in all fairness, the bagels were really good.OMG, what a huge turnaround!!!! Things ran smoothly, the food got better, the pancakes were light and fluffy this time and the bacon....its to die for!!! Tasty, cooked to perfection and but not burned at all. Employees were no longer arguing and they were working in an order that made everything flow smoothly and efficiently. Since I returned, Im completely hooked on the place! Food is delicious, the staff is SUPER friendly and now know me by name, the bagels are amazing and the pancakes and french toast is awesome!!!I am amazed at how well they turned themselves around and how well theyve worked out the kinks that, at first, hindered them. Keep up the good work!!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would. $7 for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, $5 for cream cheese bagel and $6 for an egg white sandwich with bacon. And for 3 drinks was all $27!Thats crazy! It was ok, but for that price I could have gone to a diner!I do not recommend them at all.

Best bagel store in the Holbrook area. These guys know how to make the real New York bagels correctly. Traditional egg sandwiches are also made well. Definite recommend!

Best egg sandwich in the area! Just not the fastest they need to add another counter person. Only thing stopping me from 5 stars is its slow because they dont seem to have enough workers. Food is amazing though.

They got my order wrong again today, even after the counter person repeated it back to me. Thats 2 weekends in a row. No other bagel shop gets my order wrong. Its so annoying to pay for something and get home and realize its not what you want.

The staff is pleasant and the food is decent. But, today, I noticed that none of the employees changed their gloves before or after handling food. They just went from touching the food, to the cash register, to money, to the phone, etc. They had a food handler procedure sign on the wall that I couldnt read, but Im pretty sure youre supposed to put on new gloves after touching money and before touching food.

If you want a good egg sandwich. DO NOT GO HERE. If you want your food made wrong, with wrong or missing ingredients. If you want to have to go back at least once until you give up and call it a loss and go to the nearest deli to get eggs. Then this is the place for you. If you want scrambled eggs, this is also not the place for you. No matter how many times you ask for scrambled, they will fry your eggs everytime, also with a nasty attitude from the girls cooking in the back.

Nice Bagels on the larger end. Sometimes staff overwhelmed. But moves pretty fast. Most people go for the egg sandwiches. So waiting for just bagels to go takes a bit of time. Very friendly staff. And quality bagels makes it all worth it. I have closer bagel stores. But travel here for the quality. A++

We order the same order every weekend. The order was not what we typically get. The restaurant was not willing to make it correct and was very nasty. We will not be returning and suggest you DO NOT GO HERE.

This bagel store used to be my go to place, food was good, and the prices were great. Within six months that has all changed. Today is now my third time that I’ve gone there for the simplest bagel that one can ever order, toasted plain bagel with butter. For some odd reason the staff is unable to comprehend that order. All three were take out orders First time was with the older lady, I received a plain bagel not toasted, ok not the end of the world. I Didn’t think twice about it and enjoyed the untoasted bagel, second Time a few weeks later was with the girl with the all red hair, I received a egg everything bagel, and today without checking the order before I left which was from the young girl with black hair and black glasses. I took my stuff and went home, only to find out that they gave me a toasted plain egg bagel. I drove back up to the store this time and I asked the girl why is there such a disconnect. I do not understand how the order gets wrong from the cash register to 4 feet behind them to where the bagel sits in the bin, and to another 3 feet to the right where the toaster is. The girl even came back to me a second time and said you want that plain bagel toasted correct and I said yes and she still got it wrong. I understand mistakes happen but not three times in one month. it’s not so much about not having the “plain bagel with butter”, it’s about not getting what your ordered. The store was basically empty today, I was the only one in line with an order. I had to drive all the way back now to finally let them know. I was polite and the Staff was very polite and apologized but I asked for a refund and they have lost my business from now on. I will continue to tell everybody who asks me about this store not to go there.

Was so excited to finally have a bagel shop in the Commons, and the bagels are good BUT, they do not change their gloves after dealing with money or other things! Unacceptable!

So the food was ight bit salty doe for my likeing for some resson one of the girls there kept callimg my wife a hotdog head a bit unprofeshinal so when asking to speek the the manager the girl then looked at me and said i am the manager now like from the captin phillups movie so they seem a bit childish so i dont think ill return.

Don’t bother coming. Their bagels are ok, but they never have what you want. 4 out of the last 6 times they didn’t have any salt bagels and two of those times they didn’t have any everythings. For a bagel store, before 11am on a weekend, this is absurd. Always one excuse after another. I will be going out of my way to go to a real bagel store from now on.Btw, don’t try calling ahead because they never answer the phone anyway.
