Definitely took a long time to get to the gallery. To see it is closed, and I had to make my way to this location. Only to be turned away after roughly 10 seconds of help. Plumbers and home supply stores recommended this location. They didnt try very hard to help me out, only telling what I had to bring like a picture of the cartidge (which I said isnt easy, since I am a renter and the unit is rather old.) It was a very put their foot down answer, with a I cant help you attitude, like I was serving them or visiting the DMV. Much appreciated during such a rough year, and hard times. Mahalo for your help and informatiob, Ferguson.

Great place to get good quality plumbing parts made in the USA.

Good place to get plumbing supplies that are hard to get (which in my case Homedepot didnt have in stock). Customer service was spotty, though. The (overweight) gentleman who helped me didnt seem all that interested in getting my business all that much. Will probably have to come back though (because they have what I need :( ... hopefully next time a different staff member would be better.
