Went to the Bathroom Store to check out the Toto toilets. Met Cheryl G. who took time to explain the various models. She was friendly and very professional. We had many questions and she answered them all. She is a great sales person who really knows her products. They have a large clean showroom with many products on display to look at and compare. Cheryl also gave us a detailed breakdown of the cost of a toilet which we really appreciated.

From my first step in the store, requiring several estimates to at last ordering the items, the experience was pleasant and smooth. Johji was responding quickly to all my questions and proposed different brands to fit my budget. It was such a pleasure to work with them when renovating bathrooms is a headache.

They have a nice selection of high end plumbing fixtures. A lot of what they offer isnt in stock, so expect to wait for it to be shipped here.

I have the older model Toto toilet, the model number is inside and by the top of the reservoir tank, my model number is S703. I have the 2” flapper which was leaking because over time it will shrink and causing the float to go down and @ every 3-4 hours you can hear the water filling the tank up. I bought the 2” flapper part # THU 303 which was @$15.Takes @10 minutes to change the flapper.

I visited The Bathroom Store for fixtures to renovate my master bathroom. Cheryl G. assisted my husband and me by answering questions about products and prices. When it comes to sales professionals, I have major trust issues. However, Cheryl was polite, thorough, and great about following through when I emailed her questions about price matching after our visit. In addition, Cheryl was:-Professional in demeanor-Not demanding/did not put pressure on us to make purchases-Informational--she provided useful insight as we told her about our renovation plans and hopes-Personable--she was able to relate to our concerns-Accommodating--answered all questions, helped us with price matching, and always provided clear-cut estimates so there were no surprisesOverall, working with Cheryl at The Bathroom Store was one of the better experiences Ive had with vendors. I will definitely request for her assistance if making purchases in the future.
