Enjoyed planning my new living room with the assistance of Laura in the Burlington MA store. She helped me pick swatches and pieces. She made a floor plan on the computer so I could visualize how it would set up in my new living room. After measuring the actual space I realized that the initial sofa would be too big. Laura helped me pick a replacement sofa that would fit in with my design. Everything was delivered when I needed it and was in great condition. My only complaint was looking at swatches in the artificial florescent light in the store didnt give me the true colors. However, once everything was delivered it pit in perfectly in the room & looks gorgeous.

We drove from Huntsville to Hoover because I didnt have a good experience at the Bassett in Huntsville, but I love the quality of the furniture. When I called and asked if they delivered to Huntsville, I spoke to the manager (Michelle Gillespie) and she immediately handled everything so professionally. She made and appointment for the next day with one of their top designers (Angie Finley) to get started. She created the vision I had in my head and perfectly crafted it through my purchase. It was such a pleasant and comfortable experience shopping/designing with them. Everything came perfect and right on time with an EXCELLENT delivery crew. We had a great shopping experience at Bassett! Ellie was very helpful and attentive and we have purchased many items for our new home with her. The delivery experience was excellent - on time, courteous and knowledgeable.

My wife has had a great experience working with Brian (sales staff). She has continued to discuss with him more options in our future. The install team was fantastic and professionally installed the furniture quietly while I was on a conference call. Very appreciative.

Delivery was exactly when predicted. Delivery men were very conscientious about the furniture and protecting it and our home as they moved it inside. Sales staff was very helpful and informative.

Decent furniture but not very knowledgeable staff. The girl we worked with was unsure when we would ask a question and lacked confidence. The last thing you want when you are dropping $3-4k on a sectional. There was also no process when bringing us through the steps. Not an inviting staff also. Everyone looked unhappy to be there.

My wife Dibya and I visited about 3 months ago for furniture at Basett. We met Michelle . She is the store manager. We were impressed with Michelle. Bart and Manda were very friendly. Michelle has visited our new home atleast 5 times. We have the furniture delivered from Bassett. We are very happy with the quality and style . Service was excellent. I can call Michelle any time and she is there to help me. She is a very good designer. We are really happy.

Milestone day for me, first complaint Ive ever posted online. Bought two rugs, paid over 5k for both. I was unhappy from the start, tried to return them and they will not take them back. Called store manager Mark, he was very rude, unprofessional, extremely argumentative, interrupted me through entire conversation (raising his voice) and twisted the facts. I will never do business here again.

Very friendly sales people. Answered my questions and didnt seem to mind.
