0 stars if possible I got new furniture delivered to my new house that was built the delivery guys left everything outside with no notice stating there was not stairs to get in the house it stormed that night and the next day luckily nothing got soaked I have lots of missing pieces from arm rest to bottom pegs I will make sure to order nothing from here again 2nd time and was a bad experience first time the furniture was left by the MAILBOX $3500 on furniture left by the mailbox!!

My wife and I had a very nice experience working with Elizabeth and Cathy. And shopping for a quality mattress, Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and helpful. In shopping for a sofa, Cathy was very knowledgeable, and very helpful and walking us through the entire experience. The store manager Dharma was also very accommodating.

I visited Rooms to Go last weekend just to look around. Brian Lee greeted me as soon as I came in and I told him I was just looking. Excellent customer service from Wes!! We came in looking for a couch, bedroom furniture and dining room table and Wes showed us all options he thought we would like and he hit the mail on the head! We got a very beautiful sectional, bedroom suite and will have to measure our dining room before we can go back for the table we liked and we will definitely buy from Wes again! I saw one on Standard Furniture and it was called the Abeco Collection and it was for sale at $1,360.00 but the chairs have no padding, as you can see in the picture below.Next, I found the Abeco Cordovan CherryExtendable Square Counter Dining Room Set at Home Gallery Store for the price of $1,175.00. It is the exactly the same as Standard Furniture as you can see in the picture.However, I saved so much more money going with Rooms to Go, along with the 66 month promotion, the extended warranty, delivery which included putting it together it cost me only $1,398.95. Went in looking for a sectional to replace my existing living room couches. The catch being i needed one that works best with sharp kitty claws. Was immediately greeted by Jeff at the door when i walked in, he showed me a few options that were within the criteria I told him about. Ended up making a decision and purchasing in less than 45 minutes. Very solid and easy to navigate experience, definitely recommend talking to Jeff if youre looking for new furniture for your home.

Cathy was great! When my daughter and I first walked in, she greeted me to offer her assistance. I was annoyed because I thought I was going to have to deal with a pushy sales person, but I didn’t. Cathy provided her name and told me to let her know if I needed anything. My daughter and I walked the store in peace and found what we were looking for. Cathy was patient, attentive, and very helpful. We will be seeking her assistance again in the near future.

Marlin was our sales rep. He is awesome. I know him personally and know him to be a truthful and honest person. I have recently dealt with a different furniture company and caught them in several lies. This time, I drove the hour drive so I could deal with someone I trust. Left a hole in our ceiling, but can’t get a call back for the repair status. It’s been 4 months.We had our furniture delivered in June and the delivery guys accidentally knocked an 8”x12” hole in the foyer ceiling while bringing in the sofa. They said it happens all the time and gave us a claim and number to call. No problem, things happen.However, to date we’ve contacted Customer Care 3 times to get a status update, each time being told to expect a return call that we haven’t received. Used the auto call back option twice, nothing. Talked to someone at the store to verify our info was correct since we haven’t heard from anyone. She confirmed our numbers and said the manager would call back to help, but no return call.We’ve decided to pay for the repairs ourselves, mostly because we’re tired of being lied to. After 4 months we haven’t spoken to anyone that can answer a single question about our claim; disappointing.

We have bought furniture from there on three different occasions and had wonderful experiences each time. We had no issues with deliveries or quality issues with the furniture. Weve really enjoyed the fact that we could drop by and get more leather conditioner at the store to help with some of the pieces over time. If you shop at the Hoover location, I highly recommend seeking out Charles Daniel (super easy going, no high pressure sales tactics, and presents you with reasonable options...) or Kenny G. (shopping with him is an EXPERIENCE!). Weve made use of the financing with the RoomsToGo card (financed through Synchrony Bank) each time and paid it off early. It is really hard to beat the 60 months and zero interest financing. Just be prepared to pay the tax and something down on the day of your purchase.

By far the best customer service I have ever received in retail. Lacey in the kids department is incredible! I never met anyone more genuine and caring, especially when it comes to sales. I definitely will be back and recommend everyone I know to her. Thank you for the experience!
