It would be nice if the employees would not take close parking spaces that should be for us ppl shopping giving them a pay check

Friendly & very helpful employees. This store is very clean. My only concerns are the expiration dates of the food. Expired cans of food, boxes of food and frozen food.

I am a Veteran with a Service Dog. I went into Krogers for a gallon of milk. I was denied service due to not having documents or a harness identifying my trained dog as a Service Dog. The Manager on duty claimed to know the laws of the Americans with Disabilities Act.For those of you who dont know about the Americans with Disabilities Act, it is against the law to ask for documentation and require a service animal to wear a harness identifying it as a service animal.

Kroger is establish as a grocery store. Where you get your main items stuff. Its a family store. Many items come in 2 or 3 or more per package. Anyone can shop there but I notice these other things.

I always like Krogers, their deli meats are fresh and plenty of varieties and other delicious food. Their produce is always fresh a lil steep in pricing, but they make up for that in other areas like sales on certain. Products. I will always be a fan of Krogers

Worst pharmacy I have ever used! Takes them 3 hours to fill prescriptions from Urgent Care who sends the scripts right after the dr sees you! And that is NO exaggeration. It has happened to me twice now - 3 hour wait each time! Absolutely ridiculous when your sick, like you really want to drive home and come all the way back. Any other pharmacy if your waiting for prescriptions they fill them RIGHT AWAY or at least within 20 mins - not 3 hours later.

It was alright it just the worker are really rude I just dont understand why they have to act like that toward people especially the cash register. Be honest no one dont deserves that ..

Good place to shop specially for the mix and match deals! But you MUST pay close attention to the participating items and how many you have to buy to get the deal!!

Thought this was going to be a great alternative to Walmart ( less people). The store was clean but the customer service needs ALOT of help. It took us literally 30 minutes to shop and about the same amount of time to check out. The only registers that were open was self check out. Almost every time we scanned an item, it would stop the check out process and it would say ‘Help is on it’s way!’ There was one associate taking care of 8 self check out registers and every person seemed to be having the exact same problem we were having! I learned a valuable lesson.. stick with Walmart!

I go here pretty often because they surprisingly have very competitive prices for some of their products compared to Walmart. The store is usually clean and orderly and associates have always been helpful.

I shop Kroger often. Great variety of Produce and Organic products! Absolutely love the new Sushi Bar! A must try!! All the employees are so kind! Wayne in Produce is always especially helpful and nice. He is to be commended for excellent customer service!!

Terrible service that guy in self check was rude. how he talked to me I held my tongue I just got off work I dont feel like acting out...yes he is Lbqt his attitude nope I rather fixed my stuff myself he would of been me against him,and two other guys standing around him.I just kept my comments to myself hurtful tho...I hate going to the store by myself....

I was at the drive through and they asked me to come inside because they were closing in about 5 minutes. So I came inside. When I came inside I told the young lady at the counter that they were working on my husbands medicine and the pharmacies said honey I’m not that fast you gonna have to sit and wait. In a harsh voice. This is the reason I have switched pharmacies.

The pharmacy is great. Accommodate my needs . Friendly.

Slow employees mentally and physically

First time pick up. Gentleman was very nice and considerate. Hot dogs were expired. Watermelon had a brown spot, and the store did not have organic berries or red potatoes. All other items were good!

Store is always clean and well stocked with a variety of items.

I love this Kroger store most of the employees makes my visit pleasurable. Prices are reasonable and the environment of the store is always friendly, helpful, clean, and professional. I shop at this Kroger instead of the one in my town (TN) this one is always well stocked. I truly appreciate the great customer service!!!!! Its well worth my drive to shop here!

I have always loved Kroger. This was My first time going to this Kroger and I have no complaints. The employees are outstanding. They were so friendly. The cashier gave each of my 4 kids a piece of candy, then let us know if we stop by the bakery they will give the kids a cookie. The store was clean, and the bathrooms were also.

Easy to navigate, good prices, friendly employees. Only place I enjoy grocery shopping at. Even the music they play is nice and relaxing.

Been waiting in line now for hours at clicklist. If you think this will save you time, I promise you it won’t. The staff is fully incompetent and doesn’t know what’s going on at any given time. Order arrived incorrect, probably won’t get my money back, and all the cold items were melted, warm or spoiled by the time they made it to me.

We used the grocery clicklist the day after the power outage. Not only did it take over a hour AFTER our pick up time, so employee was nice and said he took money off for it not being ready. Upon driving all the way back home, we find out over HALF of the order wasn’t even given to us! I’ve been fighting with costumer service and BBB complaints for months now. This is ridiculous and we will NOT be using Kroger and thanks to us our neighbors have been passing the word along also. This company is a fraud.

Great selection of products at an even better price... awesome app with digital coupons and special sales as well as a good gas station with fuel points promotions that make gas cheapest in town. Western Union, pharmacy, and other services available. You can even order online and pickup at the store same day.

Good store. Easy place to get to. High quality foods. Unique items especially for Hopkinsville. Very clean. Affordable prices. Generous parking lot. Low cost Kroger fuel out front.

Krogers my face place to get groceries

Today I witnessed a manager harassing an employee, this associate has been of great assistance to me as well as my wife .. it pains me to see a good worker be abused and humiliated in this manner.. Im telephoning Kroger Corp on Monday... shame on you Terance Young, dont be a bully...shame on you ...

Kroger’s consistently disappoints me. Small carts never available. Hand carry plastic carriers seldom available. Employees seldom available to help and when they do they say, “ Go down to isle 17 and look on the left” or something like that. One person at the customer service desk and usually several people in line. It isn’t worth trying to get anything adjusted. The employees with the exception of Gloria, produce manager and the florist lady never smile, look happy or act like they want to help. No custom cuts at the meat counter. Only one or two human checkers and the Kiosks are terrible. Have someone visit Publix and see how a grocery store is properly operated. Check out the Kiosks at Walmart...they work smoothly and don’t talk to you all the time. The brands you carry are fine. Employee professional training could change the customer experience in a positive way.

Melissa Lane is one of the sweetest Kroger employees Ive ever met! She put a smile on my face and to be honest with you I spent almost four times what I wanted to just so I can keep talking to her and see her smile shes a very nice girl and it was a pleasure going to the deli department!!!

No long lines

I HATE shopping here. They list items for sale in their weekly ad and then they only stock about 5 for everyone to fight over and if you don’t get there by the time their doors are open then you’re out of luck.Also, they change the layout of the store every few years. It’s really inconvenient for shoppers because no one ever knows where anything is. I hate this place more than Walmart but it’s fun to pretend you might catch a deal.

I shop here regularly. The produce is pretty good. Usually everything is fresh and well stocked. The produce man is always kind and friendly. Sometimes the aisles in the store are crowded with stand alone products (kiosks? displays? Not sure of the right word). As most know, Kroger is a bit more on the expensive side but Im willing to pay because they have a better selection of vegan products, healthy eating options and produce than most other stores.

I visited this location today as an instacart shopper and the set up was very confusing. They are in the middle of remodeling and there were many things that were hard to find. The employees were pretty helpful with trying to locate things. Next time I visit, I will be more prepared.

I’m a brand new mom and love the idea of grocery pick up because I don’t have to worry about fooling with the car seat and the baby.I should be able to just pull up and have all of my groceries loaded into the car. Well the past three orders we have driven 30 min all the way out to Hopkinsville just to get home and find out we are missing groceries. The first time it was a $15 thing of hamburger meat and a few other things. The second time of was 15 bags of frozen vegetables. They don’t even refund you they just say they will make up for it and then when you show up they act like they don’t even know what’s going on. We spoke to the store manager who gave us a $30 gift card but upon doing the math we found out it wasn’t even enough to cover all the missing groceries. They should just refund for any missing items it’s honestly theft. This was the last time we tried grocery pick up in Hopkinsville and we will not ever be doing it again we got home just to realize we are still missing groceries and our bread expires the date after purchasing it. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

What Walmart lacks, Kroger has. I enjoy shopping there and there is always help when you need it! Krogers dont get the credit where its due. Krogers are the ones who innovate, just like they were the first to start grocery pick and delivery just as the old grocery stores did 30 years ago. Walmart follows Krogers footsteps so Walmart to me is a copy cat. Then there is also the sales, people who shop at Walmart dont realize a lot of the products you are buying are on sale at Krogers. Walmart doesnt have sales or good weekly buys as Krogers. Krogers also has the freshest produce of any grocer in town. Checkout is also a breeze at Krogers unlike Walmart who only has 3 cashiers working. Krogers is definitely doing things right and the one in Hopkinsville is very nice. I really happy with Krogers!

The best well-equipped grocery store and the area the produce is very fresh a large selection the Frozen goods are excellent and the meat section is very nice Seafood is very nice and it has a selection of spices that is very well stocked

Called at different times in the early mornings and at times in the afternoons no later than 3pm and, I can never get ahold of someone. When I do get ahold of them, it seems like no one knows their way around the store or who is the manager, whom i keep trying to get ahold of. All i get is to call back another day. Very disappointing since i worked for the kroger company before. Definitely will withdrawal my application to this store since i can not get any help for anything.

They had seaweed but no korean microwave rice!I know it is not a asian store, but I gave it a three star, because it was not useful for what we needed at the time. But overall it was nice.We love the spacious parking lot, but the entrance was kind of small for when you have to put back the riding cart. Still, a great place to stop at when youre on the road!^^THANKYOU!

Kroger employee stared at me the entire time I was scanning my items in the self checkout. He never bothered to look at the other ppl doing the same thing.

Im SICK of this Kroger. If it werent a few blocks up the street from me I would never shop there. Usually several items I intend to buy are out of stock. The quality of the rotisserie chickens has declined even more than the price has hiked. Their milk makes me nauseated and spoils WAY before the date. Im completely fed up with the interference from bored employees at the self-checkout. Tonight one of them rung up an item for me without saying a word, which I had already run up myself, so it had to be voided from my order. Im already doing their job for them, they need to just butt out.

Nice older Krogers, it would be really nice if you would modernize the store like a lot of the newer super Krogers that have Starbucks, better Deli and bakery and such. I feel the economy in the area would support the growth and it would be a welcome change to the drudgery of choices like walmart.

This is our main grocery store. We have come here weekly, sometimes more often, for the last 2 years weve lived here... and not once have we had a bad experience. It upsets me when people post a negative review and dont clarify why they gave the one or two star.I am a HUGE fan of the produce department. From the manager to the associates, everyone is helpful, friendly, and outgoing. They take their time to help you, greet you, and chat with you. I have made several produce requests of things the store does not normally carry, and have had the item in my hands within the week.The deli and bakery are the usual deli and bakery youd find at any other grocery store. Again, very nice staff, except for one crotchety older woman in the deli... but Ive only dealt with her once, so I dont count my single bad interaction with her towards my overall feeling about this Kroger store.I wish they had a fresh seafood department, and I kind of feel the seafood they do carry is a bit overpriced. They do have stuff on sale often, so I buy it up and freeze for later use.I have used their CLICKLIST option, and am relatively happy with it. Ive found that the male shoppers pick out better produce than the females. (My personal experience). I recently found out you can request your shopper, so will definitely request JOSH or ADAM, my 2 personal, current favorites.Their new tech, the Scan/Bag/Go, is an awesome option for those who are coming in to pick up a few items. My one comment would be to have more areas with extra bags, because you most likely wont walk into the store knowing exactly how many bags youll need. (I try to bring my own bags, but I forget). I also think their wall of scanners is overkill. The store truly isnt going to have more than 10-15 shoppers at a time using the scanners, as the store isnt a Super Center.. just a regular sized store.My biggest complaint RIGHT NOW, is that they have closed their 15 items or less checkout lanes, opting for either the SBG OR self checkout OR waiting in a line behind others with full carts. Why I think these are bad options are, some people just DO need the extra assistance a cashier provides. I see this Kroger does have an older clientele, and some Ive seen in the store on back to back days.... picking up one or two items... maybe they are needed... maybe they are coming to the store just for the human interaction. Nevertheless, I think they need to bring back the 15 items or less lane, even if its for people who just dont like using the self check outs or the SBG options. Im not gonna lie. Although I like the SBG, and I like self checkout, at times I dont want to *think* and would rather be waited on by a cashier.Has the checkout area been understaffed? Yes. Weve bagged our own groceries several times. Do we get our groceries carried out? No, but were asked if we need assistance... besides, there arent any grocery stores that still automatically do carry out service that I am aware of. Does any of this detract from our experience? Not at all.Overall, our satisfaction with this Kroger is 4.7 out of 5 stars.
