I enjoyed my experience with grocery pickup from an online order I placed. Saved me time omw home from work tonight so that I could get more time with my children. The employees that brought my order out were very friendly and I only waited maybe 3 minutes after checking in before they came out. Good experience overall

Not the greatest experience at the pharmacy where clearly the gal was either very tired or didnt want to be there when she threw my rx on the floor before bagging it up and if I hadnt of double checked they wouldnt have used my insurance and I wouldve been charged nearly double. After we had regular items in the checkout there was an elderly gentleman who was rubbing himself while standing in line. I never shop at this location and can guarantee I never will again.

My experience today was great. My issue was handled very timely and Customer Service in Pharmacy drop off was excellent. I was very satisfied with your service.

I shop here everyday, I mean everyday! When you call Noone never answers the phone! I left my bag there and I was calling to see if they still have it because I didnt want to make a blank trip in case someone else took it and they never answered the phone. I called ten minutes before they closed when it wasnt anyone in there considering I just left there and made it home and still no answer! I called this morning several time waiting for someone to answer at least 30 minutes each call and they still didnt answer! When you go there there is any carts and everyone just walking around or standing on their cell phones! The ones working the register have their air pods in while they checking you out talking and ringing your items twice! They employees are nice its just the majority are lazy! I dont understand how a bunch of employees that are on their cell phones all day cant answer a regular phone when its ringing since they love being on the phone so much!

I enjoy going everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am on a walker and the employees are right there to help me. Thank you.

I had an incredible customer service experience at this store! I was carrying 4 pints of dip and 10 large bags of chips. There was a very long line at the self check out, and the employee who was helping with the self check out said to me, Maam, I can take you over here and she motioned for me to come to the customer service area. She helped get the items out of my arms, rang me up, and sent me on my way. Thanks to her, I did not drop any of my items, and I was able to make it to the party just in time! This employee went above and beyond in customer service. She is who they should have as an example! EXCELLENT customer service!

Great place for all the basics and groceries. Very clean store and friendly employees.

The lady at the customer service counter was fabulous! I stopped to find out where tape was and since I am on crutches she even went and got it for me. Talk about above and beyond!

Awesome I shop here all the time, they have recently put more items in the international food section and always have fresh fruit vegetables and meat .

I love the customer service! The people are very friendly and greet you when you walk in. The shelves are always stocked and the produce is fresh! Great prices also.

It was good. Lines moved fast but due to being short staffed, shoppers had to go get shopping carts from the parking lot.

They had everything i needed and there is always a register open. I get in and out quickly. Way better than the super centers

The store is always cluttered and they never have the handicap scooters available or charged and being that I am a disabled individual this is important to me and its within the neighborhood and convenient but I feel they should be able to do better all of the self checkout lines and no one to actually help you

Very crowded hardly any needs at all and that includes lunch meat. The lines are so very very long. The food I understand as far as quantity because of trucking. The 30-minute long lines I dont understand. There are 25 or so registers and four of them are open Plus the self-checkout. Why even have all these extra checkouts when theres never ever more than four or five open at any time ever. Come on Walmart lets get it together.

Why is there no one to check but 3 employees stand around the checkout ? I had a basket full of groceries to scan myself. I dont work for Walmart, I should not have to do someones job plus pay high prices.

This location is off the beaten path. We were able to get in find our groceries then check out quickly. We were on a mission so time was of the essence. Friendly staff was a bonus!

Quick in and out kind of place. Not as much variety as the SuperCenter, but usually do have the most sought after staples and products customers need. And the employees are usually courteous and helpful.

I prefer this Walmart when I want to make quick shopping trips since its not nearly as large as the Supercenter stores. The selection is smaller (still decent though), but items are easier to find. There is a pharmacy at this location, money services, and both manned and self-service checkouts. You can also do online order pickups here, but curbside grocery pickup is not available.In case anyone is concerned, Covid-19 procedures do seemed to be followed fairly well. Masks are required, and a form of security is posted outside. Wet wipes for carts are available upon entrance via a dispenser. Store capacity also seems to be somewhat limited. It still does get busy at times, but its nothing too outrageous.All in all, I recommend!

The Neighborhood Wal Mart is great I wish all Walmarts were model this way but of course thats strictly opinionated there the service was good I was able to find what I needed I mean if I would nitpick to find something wrong it would be I wish they served coffee

This Walmart is better than most. Its very clean and well kept. Some of the staff could be replaced, but thats to be expected with a business like this.

This is indeed a neighborhood market.features a deli, pharmacy and a vast array of standard groceries items.all walmart financial services .and fresh produce.very well locatedAs its name implies neighborhood well-suited for this area.

I just have to visit the deli an grab a few of my favorite grocery shopping munchies.. I tell ya I cant wait until covic is over. I miss all tha beautiful faces.

Ive always had a great shopping experience in this Walmart. It was actually the first Neighborhood Walmart Ive ever been in.

I visited this store 10/25 and I had a wonderful experience. A young man named Brooks greeted me and assisted me in the self checkout with a great attitude. I will be coming back!!!

My fave Walmart. Almost always good experiences. Recently had problem with picking up an order. Employee urged me to find another Walmart for pickup because they are so shorthanded in pickup now because of Covid.

I visited this store on 11/24/20 early morning. I usually don’t have any problems but I picked up some Alkaline water that was priced on the shelf. It wouldn’t ring up at the self checkout register. Instead of the cashier resolving the issue and selling me the water, she stated someone in inventory made a mistake and she walked off with my two waters. She was very rude and did not offer a solution at all. I was very disappointed at the poor customer service.

The local market with the best prices on Staples; eg; milk $0.98 gal. Eggs; $0.58 doz, cheese, $1.50-2.70; 8oz. Bread $0.80-2.50(good fresh soft) Look for Great Value brand... It really is ... Better than Kroger, I was Kroger girl for almost twenty years....then I found neighborhood Walmart....I love Great Value brand. Fresh Meat and vegetables have less selection, and a bit higher, but I love this store. No soup & salad or sushi bar... but great prices on everyday necessities...

The ASSISTANT MANAGER “Jaunice” has horrible customer service skills. I witnessed her argue with several elderly guys who asked to be checked out because they don’t like self-checkout. Whoever gave her this position had to be desperately in need of help because she stated “you can go somewhere else” she talked to the employees like they were slaves instead of part of the company. I feel for them and this Walmart location in general. I will not be returning to this location until she is gone. She makes Walmart look bad and I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure she violated dress code with those pants she had on tonight. They were about 4 feet too short
