Waiting over 1 hour for this person in the office. Its the 3rd time this has happened. She puts a time when she is going to be back but you still have to wait 20-30 minutes past her time listed.

I have rented a storage unit here for 3 years. They are the most affordable and I have never had any issues with security. I fell behind on my payment a couple of times and they were very understanding and worked with me and didnt harrass me. Mr. Bailey at the front desk is the friendliest guy I ever met and is very helpful anytime I have a question.
