Public storage is a great place to store your belongings. My belongs was in good hands and the storage unit was clean and safe. Sherlonda is awesome and she is what customer service needs, kind and hard working people. Whenever I need to store my belongs, public storage is where I will go.

I was online looking for storage space in Southaven, Mississippi. I found that it was in Horn Lake very close by. I rented a unit online, Mrs Sherlonela/ Sonacalled me to confirm the unit. Just let me say she was very pleasant to talk with. Helped me to understand what size unit I needed. I moved from Houston, Texas to Mississippi was late getting in to sign paperwork, but she was understanding and held the space for me. Helpful beyond and above. I would say put your mind at ease at this location.

Im back! I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Sheronda and using PS about 3 years ago when I was only making payments for my PS that was out of state. She was so professional and caring which stood out to me being new to the area. So it was no question when I needed to use PS again for storage reasons... hands down I came back looking specifically for her! I was so glad she was still there! Excellent customer service, extremely knowable about this business and just a genuine person. Which is so refreshing. This time she got me in the right sized unit and the process was seamless.

Jessica was very courteous and helpful. She made the process seamless. The only issue I have, and its definitely not with her, is that my unit lock is old. The slot that he lock sits in looks as though it has been pried into before. The lock works, but it lock itself works, but the holder is old and needs to be replaced. Other than that, I love the service I received.
