I have been going here since they opened. I do not smoke and I am always going to by cigars for a friend. He has enjoyed all of them. I love the atmosphere. They are always laughing in there!! nd a great selection.

I had heard from numerous cigars smokers that I needed to visit Top 10 Cigars. But, never made the time. Well when a buddy was visiting for the Christmas holidays and wanted to smoke late, it appeared to be the only option. But, I warned him I had never been, but it was highly recommended. Well, I discovered it was a short drive from my house and was a great spot. My friend responded it was exactly what we needed and I agreed. It was welcoming, relaxed and has a great mature vibe. There was numerous great black leather chairs, windows which allowed for great lighting, five flat screens positioned overhead, excellent ventilation, relaxing R&B music and respectful male fellowship (as each person left they made it a point to walk over and shake hands with each person before they exited, whether they knew them or not-real grown man ish). My buddy and I enjoyed our experience that we returned the next morning after breakfast for another smoking session. Yeah, a short drive from my home, relaxing environment and just a straightforward cigar lounge experience scored high with me. So, Ive made up for my transgressions and finally made my pilgrimage to become a Top 10 disciple.The humidor is two small adjoing rooms with a smaller inventory, but serviceable, so you can find popular sticks without much problem. While light on pipe tobacco, its a cigar heavy lounge. Its even lighter on cigar accessories, but not a issue for me.The customer service by the staff is comfortable and attentive. Greatly appreciated.Top 10 may not be a massive operation, but it offers what many other cigar lounges cant buy, which is a calm & easy flow, allowing its patrons to relax and endulge in a peaceful smoking experience. I highly recommend Top 10 cigars as a great smoking lounge destination.

There aren’t many places carry my particular cigar, but this place does! I’ve been to many places and they would look confused when I mentioned this brand, but she instantly guided me right to it with no hesitation. I’m grateful for this convenience and not having to drive clear across town to find it. The place is clean and well stocked. I’ve made it my go to location.

Stopped in to stock up on vacation sticks. Didnt get to stay long but the lounge area was 2/3 full at 5:30 p.m. Lots of laughing at all the tales being told. Wish I couldve stayed for a bit.

Walked it waited a long while for someone to come to the front and when she did was very rude wouldn’t even let me ask any questions worst service

Heard a lot about this place and was close by so I decided to stop in. I was glad that I did. Upon entry i was greeted by others sitting in the lounge indicated to me that the atmosphere right off was great. The person behind the counter was quick to welcome me in. I later found out her name was Naomi what a friendly young lady. The selection and prices were good. I didnt have time to stay and enjoy a stick but I will be back

Great Spot. Lounge is really almost the whole store - so very roomy and the area is very laid back. Knowledgeable Staff...Friendly...and the Patrons are very welcoming and friendly. Laid back sports bar feel but more laid back to just relax and enjoy. Humidor is not very large but has a nice selection (you can definitely find something to smoke based upon your preference). They seem to ensure they keep on hand what the Customers Needs are also. A Must Go when youre in the area. Right off the highway but far enough back to not be interrupted by the noise or traffic.Update: Humidor size has increased. First place where I was able to see and enjoy the CAO Arcana Mortal Coil.

The atmosphere in this place is outstanding! As a beginner it was nice to have their experience too help define my palette! Such a wide variety to choose from, Prices are great, if this place served drinks I think my wife would leave me! The only thing I dont like is I think Im the only young buck that frequents, their loss my gain!!!!

Popped in to get my brother some cigars. Second time coming to this location. They have a nice selection and the prices are affordable. My Dad used to smoke cigars, so when I come here the smell gives me the feels and makes me think of him. Ms. Naomi knows her cigars. Try a couple from the dipped collection.

This place is awesome! I travel for a living and had an over night in Houston. I walked in and everyone was very welcoming. I ended up smoking two cigars and hanging out for most of the evening! I will be going back!

Great staff. May not have everything but if you know what you want they will get it for you. Gentleman that help me and my girl was knowledgeable and full of sugestions based on simple ideas of a flavor.

Smaller than some other cigar places in Houston, but just as friendly. I go maybe once every other week and its always been a relaxing smoke.

I like it here. For the most part its kicked back and chillaxed. Sometimes big games are played on the TVs and the events draw spirited crowds. A few famous faces come through as well...yes I do recommend.
