4 months agoI ordered a rim online a few days ago.they were quick to charge me. ive tried to get in contact with them to cancel my order and I havent received a response to emails I sent and numerous unanswered calls. What kind of scam is this?

Amazing experience! Bought my new Black Rhino rims here and installed with Nitto Ridge Grappler tires!!! They even installed a 2 inch leveling kit for me and got it all done in only a few hours. They made sure alignment was on point and loaded up my old tires in the bed for me. Everybody was really nice and accommodating. The prices were great and better than anywhere else I could find. These guys are recommended by Black Rhino and I know why.Everybody that helped me, including Quincy by phone - and Marcos in person leading everything and the two other guys (dont remember their names) were great. Anybody that is reading this feel free to message me and Ill tell you more. Ill come back here for any more work I do that they can take care of.

Great! First time going and loved the service. Definitely going back. Ricardo is very friendly, helpful and polite. Keep in mind your not ordering food through the driveway so dont expect your car to be done in 5 minutes. I went to get an alignment done and waited for an hour. Not bad since there were two cars ahead of me. Its a pretty busy place so I suggest you call before.

I was looking for stock Toyota 18 wheels and found these at Victoria Tire & Wheel on Ebay. These guys are great and did quality work. Quincy took good care of me. They gave me a great deal and installed my own tires and installed my own 2 level kit and aligned my truck. The were able to do the work without an appointment. I highly recommend going to these guys.

We been doing business with Victoria for the last two years with no complaints about his job. Is hard to find honest mechanics, she’s professional and knowledgeable. We bring our company trucks here for all the repairs needed. I highly recommend this shop.

I ordered wheels almost 2 weeks ago online from this place and got a response email right away saying they got my order. Still have not received anything else. Tried calling the multiple phone numbers they have listed and no answer, tried emailing the multiple emails they have listed, still no answer. Horrible customer service!! Guess I should have checked to see if they were still in business before I ordered!

My husband and I took our 2005 Ford Focus to Victoria Tire & Auto Care and they told us EVERYTHING what was wrong with the our car right away my husband didn’t have to do anything which was a relieve for him. After our pick up our car drove like NEW.

Im pretty disappointed, i have been contacting them and im scared because i just ordered rims from them and still gotten no response. i would just like to know if my rims will be on the way thats it but every number i call never seems to work.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Its been 8 days since Ive ordered a rim from them off line and sill no tracking number no rim and I have called many many times no answer I left 10 emails not a single response now I have to take things into legal matters! ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

An absolute 5 star company! Ordered a set of new Toyota 17 chrome wheels. All I can say is the service was very fast, the packaging was superb, and the wheels are spectacular! This is THE place to buy your wheels!

Useless. They dont respond to sales enquiries either through their website or direct. Must be doing so well that theyre happy for you to take your money elsewhere.

I have known the Owner for over 10 years and I have always had a good to great experience buying wheels and tires from Kiko the owner, I actually had a tire issue with the tire set I had purchased and he not only made it right he upgraded me to a much better tire. This place has good deals on tires I bought a set of new tires but I was not happy with the service they provided. I had an alignment done twice the same day but apparently the guy was not certified on doing the job so I was told to come back the following week when the right technician was there to correct the problem. The following week I came back to get my alignment done again but for the second time I was told the technician would not be there until the following week again. I was being very patient but I was a lil upset since the alignment wasn’t the only issue I had. The steering wheel vibrates when I hit 80 mph which means the tires weren’t balanced right or not balanced at all. So the following week I came back and the moment that I get here the tech tells me that he’s going on his lunch break to wait 40 mins so I do. He got the job done after that I waited another hour to get my tires balanced a lil after the guy comes and says to me it’s done when it wasn’t because I sat there the whole time watching when they only worked on two tires smh.

Great prices and I got there early enough that it took I was in and out in less than 30 mins

Took them more than a week to refund my money. They lied. Said they refund it already. A week later I asked them again and they said the owner just got in and will process now. Why does it take only a second to take money out of your account but take weeks put it back in??!!??

This is my 3rd time visiting Victoria & Quincy ALWAYS hooks it up. I live on the westside but the eastside got the deals & service. Make sure to check out their “take off” inventory on ebay, some sweet deals there.

I called these guys and they said they had the tire in stock. Come in! I drove 30 minutes to get there and when i pulled up they told me they couldnt do the job because they didnt have a working jack. Serious waste of time. A tire shop with no jack....
