Every step of the way I received excellent and courteous communication from Steve and the office team. They kept me informed and even helped me with the rental and adjuster process. I was so happy when I saw my car today. It was in wonderful condition, looks better than new, all repairs done beautifully. Highly recommend!

Amazing place! The staff is extremely professional and Bruce did an amazing job on repairing my car after I had an accident. They contacted the car rental place and arranged a rental for me contacted the insurance all I had to do was come in give some information pick up my rental then pick up my car a few days later! Very easy and no hassle. Thank you bruart for an amazing job my car looks better than before the accident!

Steve took care of me at Bruart Collision. They did an incredible job fixing my front bumper. Everything replaced brand new. Customer service was impeccable from start to finish. They even washed and waxed the car upon return. Steve also helped me with communication to my insurance company and rental company. Also, I dropped my car off and only a few days later it was fixed and ready to go (on a Holiday weekend). Hands down best place to go!

Went in today to get an estimate on my car and Steve took care of me dont know but it seem he does not like his Job. He advise me of some information on my car and when I read the Estimate Record I was totally different of what he had advise me. Also did not explain to me about the fixture and what needed to be done. His exact words was I will email you the information I was totally clueless Bad Service and bad experience.I took him approximately almos 5 hours to send me the email for my estimate for my car fixtures.Very disappointed never I will go there again. it surprises me because all these good review but to me it like they do. Their own review very disappointed. Need to trained their staff better. Dont recommended this body shop

Took my car there to get a estimate for repairs under Liberty Mutual insurance. I liked the place enough to have them do the work and am quite happy with the results. They are also easy to work with. I highly recommend this shop.

They did a fantastic job on my Mercedes C300. I had a pretty good amount of damage from a front end collision and they made the car look like brand new. Obviously I was pretty nervous about the car being restored, however they did a phenomenal job. Great communication and very friendly.

Bruce worked on my car and did a great job. The hood looks like new! Fair, reasonable price for a job well done.
