A pickup truck lost it’s front driver side tire. Unfortunately, My little Kia’s tailgate found it. 😕. My local body shops weren’t able to fix the damage before ‘sometime mid-august’. Cavalier was able to fit me in, and fix it while I was on vacation. When I got it back from Cavalier’s auto body and detailing shops, it looked better than it did when I drove it out of the showroom. The time and attention to detail they spent on my car was well worth the drive from West Virginia(family in the area)!

I learned about Harry at Cavalier Auto Body from Huntington MB. They praised his work and said he was a Certified Mercedes Benz Collision Center. My fairly new S550 had some bad left rear damage. I understand body work, this was going to be a tough fix. Pretty involved electrical problems, too. Harry said, no problem and handled everything including the insurance company. The body work, paint blend and electrical work was perfect. The whole process was simple for me, and in the end, I was happy to meet and do business with Harry. Ive had Cavalier do some other work and each job had its challenge. Their work was flawless and timely. Although seeing an auto body repairman isnt high on the list of enjoyable things to do, Harry can make the experience a lot easier and the results will make you one of his return customers.

This is long overdue. Cavalier auto body shop is the most amazing shop. I brought my car there a few months back. I was referred by a friend. My whole front was damaged and Harry went beyond helping me with my car. From making sure I had a car for weeks while the car was being repaired to handling all the insurance claims. My car was so beautiful and restored to new and most importantly drives amazing. I was busy so I wasnt able to write the review and I felt so bad because this shop and Harry deserves it. They treat you like family and made me feel so comfortable as woman to help me out and look out for my best interests. Then this weekend I had a flat tire and once again Harry and his company went above and beyond for me to make sure I had my car repaired and picked up so I can go back to work. There are so many great things I can say about this place. Unfortunately it was not my first time at a body shop, but it was my first time being this amazed at the work they can do. The day I was T-boned I called Harry at Cavalier, brought my car to his shop and he put the spare tire on my blown out rear wheel. The next day he had a new tire for me. The next week I left my car there to be inspected by the insurance company, and two days later I got my car back. I almost forgot which side I was hit on that’s how good it looks, they even cleaned my car... bonus!! If you’re torn between body shops, definitely give this one a shot they won’t let you down between their customer service and quality work.

If you want your car to look like you just drove it out of the showroom then definitely take it to Cavalier.Theyll make your car look like new and leave you speechless with a huge smile on your face.To be honest I didnt want to use them at first because a family friend recommended someone else but I couldnt be happier that things worked out the way they did.I brought in my Porsche 911 to have some body work done and to get some things in the interior fixed.The car was ready on time and when I went to pick it up, there was a *small* and *honest* mistake made when they were putting the Porsche emblem on the back.All I did was point it out and they immediately fixed it, covering the cost of the new parts out of their own pocket... this just proved to me they take ownership of their work and they prioritize world-class service above anything else.If you have a vehicle you need work done to then reach out to Cavalier ASAP because nobody will treat you as well as they do and theyll treat your vehicle like their own.

Very professional staff assisted us after my wife was rear ended in our GLA 250. I just stopped in without even making an appointment and Harry was outside within minutes to take a look at the damage. His respectful and knowledgeable demeanor made me feel confident to not even look at any other companies. An excellent shop! Harry and Scott are very professional yet friendly. Repaired and delivered my car right on time, and most importantly, they did an excellent job replacing/repairing/painting my doors which were severely dented from a hit and run. When I got to Cavalier, the owner Angelo met with me, and I met most of his team, including his wife who manages the office. Very accurate estimate, in line with insurance company work was perfect and car was delivered on time, actually even a little earlier. There is even a Hertz right next door so renting a replacement was a piece of cake. everyone there was very pleasant. They were recommended to me by the BMW dealer and it was a great suggestion.

I would not recommend this body shop. The lady (Susan) who has done the estimate to my damaged rear bumper about $1100 in day one, then day two she agreed with insurance company estimate which is less than 50% of her day one estimate. I can see the difference estimate between body shop and insurance company, but not like this huge difference. So if you are the customer who need to pay from your own pocket to get repair done by them, so you basically pay double than other creditable/reliable auto body shop. As a customer, if their estimate cannot be trusted, how can you trust their work. I am definitely not taking my car to this shop for repair.

I have been to Cavalier Auto Body many times and can tell you that the treatment I receive from Harry, Angelo and Susan is white glove at its best. The are con artists and crooks. If you research them you’ll see they have been investigated before for false claims and ripping customers off. They are recommended by Mercedes-Benz which you give them your trust and they switch out cheaper parts and say the order expense replacement parts for high end cars and put the cheaper parts in your car so they can make a profit. They order the H.I.D led headlight for my car but put the regular standard light in my car which caused me to have on blue headlight and the other white. When took back and asked about it, told me it would take 100 hours it’s going close to 2 years now and it’s still the same. I would avoid this headache, it’s not worth it.

I love this place and take all my cars here. They let me hang out in the office and I watch how they work, with the precision and care they put into every single vehicle. I only had my 2018 Volvo XC60 5 weeks before someone slammed into it in a parking lot. I was heartbroken. I took it to Cavalier and Harry worked wonders on it. It looks brand new again. Wonderful work, great service and I loved that they dealt with the claims adjuster on my behalf. I hope that I never have to need body work again, but if I do I wouldn’t go anywhere but here.

Harry is a great guy who cares about customer service. Whether its a $10,000 job or a touchup, he and his entire staff aim to maximize customer satisfaction. And their work is the highest quality. You get what u pay for. For $25.00 is wash and wax hand wash at that. The staff very friendly and professional make u feel right at home complimentary coffee, water, and bagels. They really do attend your need of the vehicle pay attention to every detail. No pressure of doing unnecessary work.

I had brought in my 2018 GLC for repair after I rear ended someone. The service I received at Cavalier was outstanding. My car looks like it came out of a showroom. I even had some old sap stains that I tried to get out myself. I don’t know how they did it but there isn’t a single sap stain on my car. That was above and beyond being that my car was only brought in for a collision repair. I would highly recommend Cavalier Autobody and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
