This is a bifurcation review.I was there today for a state inspection.The folks in the service department were very good and took care of me and the inspection.When I went to pay my bill for the inspection and new wipers I was presented with a bill that added a three (3) percent charge for paying with a credit card. To be clear this is reflection on management whom Ive always had issues with since I bought our 2017 Corolla there. The people running this dealership as well as some of their administrative staff dont value their customers during and after their purchase. The three (3) percent charge is symptomatic of this climate.I was so annoyed by how I was treated there that I bought my 2018 Camry at a different dealer the following year.Credit cards are a convenience to customer and a cost of doing business.I will now consider using another dealer for the future that understands this.

Purchased numerous filters with a discount on my email but had to return with a printed copy, not the parts dept fault. Why pay expensive fees on simple engine air, oil, and cabin filter replacements when you can DIY.
