Went with my mom to get her hearing checked. Very impressed. Amanda is so very nice and patient. My mom loves her hearing aids. They are very thorough there and have the latest up to date equipment.

We had a great experience with the Beltone office at 600 6 th Ave. Huntington WV. They have worked hard to get the correct hearing aids for my husband. They make you feel cared for and they want you to have complete satisfaction. We are completely satisfied.

My Mom is 85 and was having difficulties hearing. She can be quite difficult at times.Amanda has been awesome getting my Mom accustomed to her new hearing aids and making her understand the importance of wearing them throughout the day.I do not know of another Doctor that would take the time to answer all of our questions and call us to make sure my Mom wasn’t having any issues.Everyone at Beltone has been a pleasure to work with. We can’t be any happier.

Over the years i have had many hearing test done,or at the best i thought i had until a week ago i found what a real test is. Max Simpson at Beltone in Huntington, showed me and explained every part of my test and took time to help me in everyway he could. Most pleasureable complete hearing test ever done . With their help and time they have given me has made my life easier. I have been wearing hearing aids for the past 15 years while living in South Carolina. My aids started going in & out on me a few days ago. I met with Amanda in the Huntington, WV 0ffice of Beltone for some service help. She spent over 3 hours with me to make sure I got some new aids that would help me hear better. I can now say that I am hearing the best I have heard for the past 12/15 years. I am glad to recommend Amanda to any one who is in need of First Class hearing service.

Ask the communityI bought hearings aids for my mom. I had to get a loan in my name . They never gave us option on hearing aids. My mom passed and now I am stuck with a big bill. My mom had the hearing aids at a short amount of time. They wont give my money back.

They r very good at what they do.....

Their priorities are clear: make sales at any cost. My family was planning on visiting Beltone with our grandmother to test for, and get, a hearing aid. Long story short, someone was stubborn and didnt want to go.When calling Beltone to notify we had to cancel the appointment they kept pushing to just postpone it, and called multiple times pushing a rescheduling. Thats sort of fine, whatever. But, once a family member told them it wasnt going to happen the sales tactic switched to the Beltone employee telling this family member you obviously dont care about your grandmother, and other blatantly terrible sales tactics of the sort that are supposed to intimidate and guilt.Obviously, it didnt work. Dont give these people money.

Too pricey n too helpful there way of not standing behind there product put 78 yr old lady thru 5 testings before finally getting convinced it was product not patient
