They are so sweet and knowledgeable. We drive a bit to get there but she is worth the trip. She always takes good care of us.

Other places glaze over your questions and focus on their sales pitch. Allyson explained everything and answered our questions with perfect clarity and brevity. She listened to our concerns and learned of different aspects of our lifestyle and financial concerns that might affect which model of hearing aid might be a good fit. I sincerely wish more people in the world had her excellent communication skills. Absolutely the best experience with a consummate professional.

Very happy with my hearing aids

Excellent staff and products! My wife is 38 years old and didn’t want hearing aids, but she broke down and made an appointment at this location. The ladies were very nice to her! They explained about how small and concealed the hearing aids would look in her ear, so she gave them a try. Great for her, but now she has ears like a deer and hears everything I say (or mumble). They even allowed a payment plan option to her. I recommend them highly!

I love Vicky.. My grandmother was in from out of town and called numerous places to have her hearing aids checked and to see about getting a appointment. Vicky went out of her way and went over and beyond to help her. I recommend this place to everyone I know who suffer from hearing loss. Great staff and willing to help

The ladies here are so caring and don’t only care about selling hearing aids. They truly care about all of us. I’ve worn hearing aids for many years but never have been explained about my loss in the way Karen explained it. I have struggled with health issues and if I haven’t stopped in for a few weeks Vicki will call and make sure I’m ok. They have become part of my family. You won’t be disappointed when leaving these ladies.

I have been in many times to visit vicki and a lady came in because she put her battery in backwards and thought she messed up her hearing aids! Vicki fixed it and the lady left learning how to fix it if she did it again. She walked away a happy patient!

Karen and Vicky are fantastic to deal with. Accessability and customer service are real priorities for them. I have been wearing hearing aids since 1987 and have delt with several companies. Connect Hearing has been my most positive experience and I will definitely continue to let them provide my hearing aid needs.
