If I could give zero stars I would happily do so. Can never speak with an actual person and my packages keep getting left at other peoples addresses. Its like who ever drives for them is too lazy to use GPS. None of my persistent complaints have ever been followed up on. I will not order anything if I believe Fedex is the deliverer. Its sad that this has happened on at least three occasions even once I requested to pick up and made an appointment to do so and they still went out and delivered my things to wrong address and only for good neighbors I would have never received my things at least 1700 dollars could have costed me and my spouse. Do better.

Packages are left at building porch and not to apartment where they where addressed to, packages stolen, 2days they tell you they where left at front door of 20 apartment bldg.Never got my packages, over 235.00 gone because fedex does not do there job right. I will never use them to ship or carry anything over 5 cents.....

Cannot contact an in-facility person, and the only local carrier that always has problems with my packages. Once, the issue was that a mm of the letter R was missing and they claimed they couldnt read it. Now Im having an issue of being told my address isnt correct, when, in fact, it is correct. HATE getting packages through them. Pay for priority shipping through vendors just to be inconvenienced repeatedly by the delivery service.

I love fed ex. Plenty of parking, even Handicap. On this particular trip due to Covid, only one person inside at a time and they didn’t take or accept cash.. I did have a credit cRd with me so it was ok. I paid $72 to have a package overnighted to Little Rock as it was important for the next day work schedule Tuesday came and the package never did show up so I called and they said the flights were grounded in Memphis ... the package didn’t get there obviously, my thing is they had grounded the planes due to weather and that was around 8. They knew that but didn’t tell me when I came in the last customer to send a package over night...

Incompetent woman working this place. IDK how they get anything done. Oh yeah, they dont! They just send your items back even with ID proving the only thing missing was A number. An apartment number. It was cut off at the end of the label. No!! Thats changing an address. Seriously?!? Yep. According to her. 😑

Plastic bag package arrived ripped open,Delivery man just layed the empty bag down and left .Huntington FedEx delivery.

This location is misrepresented on the FedEx website because they are not full service. I had a barcode for a return label for ground shipping that they couldnt print out because they can only scan and print labels for Express shipments. He recommended I go to the library nearby to print it out and then bring it back. There was also a customer in front of me having issues picking up a package. Sad.
