The monthly rent is okay and the online portal makes it easy to pay...but this place is scary AF.I had about 4 days to find a place for items from my Moms estate after she passed unexpectedly. I was still in shock and in a haze when I moved the stuff in.I finally got a look about a year later. I was greeted by a dead rat in the very poorly lit hallway. The entire inner area is covered in grime and grease and I had to wash everything I stored there before bringing it in to my house.The staff were reasonably nice and the place seems reasonably secure...but maybe take a look elsewhere unless you are storing industrial items.

Stored my belongings here for about a year and had an overall good experience! Most of the employees are really easygoing and willing to work with you make your experience simple and pleasant. I had a couple of administrative issues with payment and theyre always quick to resolve them.
If I could give negative stars I would. I am sure everyone is aware there is a national pandemic, a national emergency, and a deadly virus going around that has forced people out of jobs yet Ashley is still charging a late fee and was proud about it. She is greedy. There is no other company charging late fees but this company. Why? Because they are greedy. Very rude and laughed when I explained there is a national emergency going on and that people were forced out of a job and said that doesnt concern me. Really? Just plain rude. UPDATE: After speaking to the regional manager I feel so much better about the situation. I feel like my issue was handled by the regional manager and she really cared and was sincere.
The worst customer service ever! Ashley is a Manager but does not know how to deal with customers. Her and the staff informed us they would accept our packages from FedEx and UPS, when our delivery came they decided not to accept it without even contacting us and giving a reason. When I called to ask why Ashley thought being rude was the way to go. I asked how to resolve this she said they only do that service for 2 other clients one being a pharmaceutical Rep and that they pay extra for the service. She demanded we pay $40 more a month. I told her she could have informed us of this before and didnt have to return my shipment. She wanted to raise her voice. I would never recommend this location to anyone! I hope someone higher up than Ashley read this and terminate her. All she wanted to do is pocket the money! If this is your policy then why would you even take our key?
My best friend and I had to get a storage unit for the summer. Even with the lock, is you wiggle it enough anyone can open the door to the unit on any locker. I tried to have the employee come help me with that, and she cussed me out. They will also take your credit/debit card number and write it down in a paper log if you ask to pay over the phone. Very sketchy. Please dont go there for your own sake.
When we cleaned our storage unit out, We couldnt get our deposit back for our key to the gate. They keep saying try back later. What a joke. One month later tried to turn key in again still no money in petty cash to give us for key.
