I purchased my flooring at Home Depot, Western States Flooring is the contract company that installed my carpet.The installers were right on time. They got to work immediately and finished so quickly…. I was amazed. They were very professional and courteous. I love my new carpet! :)I hope the installation of my laminate floors in a few days goes as perfectly as this installation did.

Very pleased with the quality of our flooring installation. Setting the appointment was easy. The installers arrived on time and used appropriate COVID protection measures. They installed the carpet quickly and unobtrusively, and completed the installation very quickly. The materials were exactly as ordered. The finished installation looks fantastic - no loose threads or edges to pull at.

We were amazed our carpet came in early and got installed early! The two installers who came to our home were very courteous and professional! They informed us with more information then home depot! They awnsered all our questions and had some suggestions for our transitions from doorways! They really knew their trade. Their work is high quality and flawless! We could not be happier with the whole experience! Nice to see a pair of younger gentlemen in this day of age who are very respectful. Youve got a good team. Kudos to them and extremely greatful

Tyler did a phenomenal job at installing our new vinyl plank floors last week. I’m a perfectionist and I am thrilled with how great it looks. I smile every time I see them. He kept me informed of what he was doing through the whole installation and double checked with me about layout and little details that other installers may overlook or not think important. The company’s communication was consistent and professional. Thank you!

They installed my carpet I bought at Home Depot. Out of all the pros we hired to help, these guys were the cleanest, most thorough, and left nothing behind. I’m sure I won’t need anyone for a while but I’d definitely hire them again.

We had them install our carpet as part of a promotion with Home Depot. They did an excellent job. The office staff was great to work with for scheduling. Our installers were top notch. On time, professional, and did great work. They worked really hard and did our entire house (about 1800sf) in a day and a half.WSF called to check up on us after the job was done to make sure we were happy. We had two small issues that needed to be fixed. Our installer came back out a couple of days later and everything was handled in about 20 minutes. He made sure we were 100% happy before leaving. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to use them again.

These guys were awesome!! They did an amazing job. I had them install bedroom carpet, that I purchased from Home Depot and a few months later I requested them to come back and put in my family room carpet!!!

The installers arrived an hour earlier than expected which was FANTASTIC for our schedule. They were courteous and professional. The carpet installation was not stressful for us and it looks fabulous! We were so happy with the process!

The people who installed my carpet did such a good job! They worked quickly, and were very professional. It looks amazing! Laying the carpet in my old house was no easy feat either...so extra props to them!! I hope they get lots of praise for a job very well done

The guys who came out from Western States Flooring to install our carpet were WONDERFUL. They were very professional, came on time, were very friendly and clear with how the work would go, and did a beautiful installation. I mentioned to my husband that I couldn’t pinpoint what looked so different on our stairs, but that they seemed so crisp and clean compared to the carpeting that was previously there. One of the installers had taken the time to show my husband where previous installers had cut corners and not used tack strips on the edge of one flight of stairs, and had very sloppily covered the other flight by just draping the carpet over the steps instead of tucking it under the nose of each one. But after these installers were done, both sets of stairs were beautiful. In fact, the whole house from top to bottom was just perfect. The job took a day and a half - which meant they were working crazy hard the whole time. Both at the end of the first day and after the job was completely finished, they swept up every tile area and vacuumed all the new carpet. Everything was perfectly neat and clean. I would recommend them a thousand times over. Were very appreciative of the work they did, and their overall kind attitudes while they did it!!

Home Depot set is up with this Company. Fast, nice, clean, did great!

My carpet install went great. My installers were very friendly and professional. They did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone.

They had to come out two extra times to fix their errors even after that I spent 500 extra bucks getting a different floor company to come finish.

If you are an installer looking for work this is the best place to go!

Not sure when or if my flooring will EVER get installed. Appt set for between 10 and 12. It is now 40 mins past 12. We call..... no one knows where the installer is, he doesnt answer his phone when they call, and the company doesnt call us back or pick up the phone to let us know why they are late. This appt was made in the middle of September. The labor is costing me more than my floor planks!!! It better look great or I will be calling the BBB. My husband took time off from his job to be here for this. The company should be respectful of our time.

ZERO customer service follow up from James after having flooring installed by Home Depot. Extremely inefficient and many issues with the install. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE WESTERN STATES FLOORING TO HAVE YOUR NEW FLOORS & CARPETs INSTALLED. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Tell everyone you know that they are incompetent, especially with follow up service! JudyLyn Fanning, UTAH

The installers were right on time, moved furniture vacuumed and were 100 % professional. The company called when our carpet order arrived and installation was with a few days. Couldn’t be happier
