I researched many hot tubs in the area - and BULLFROG was the number one choice. You have to look at the pro/cons of each and you will see that visually and mechanically built - BULLFROG is number one. When I went to the supplier of the hot - tub I met up with Deb and Richard - both are very knowledgeable on everything HOT TUB - they showed me many different tubs - took the time to answer all questions that I had and if they didnt know the answer they found the answer! Delivery and set-up dates were right on time - no delays- and no additional costs incurred. Having Richard and Deb as local residents and vendors of this hot tub is a real benefit - they are always there if you need help or even repair. Not that I have needed repair - but its good to know that they do not contract out the repairs to third party contractors. Richard can do all himself! I love my hot tub - and people say why have a hot tub in Florida ... I say why NOT!! Its another slice in paradise! Thank You Deb and Richard!!

All Brevard Hot Tubs recently installed a Bullfrog hot tub for us. This is the second Bullfrog Hot Tub weve owned. (We had to leave the first one in Arizona when we moved.) Bullfrog Hot Tubs are wonderful - well-built, expertly engineered and made in the U.S.A. Richard, who owns All Brevard Hot Tubs with his wife, Debbie, installed the tub and reviewed all of the particulars of the hot tub with us. We couldnt be happier with the product and the customer service.

Stopped by this store today and it looks like they have shut down permanently... no tubs on the floor. Dark, nobody there.

Just a few days after buying our floor-model hot tub with the nice 4-speaker MP3 and Bluetooth sound system, the sound system malfunctioned. I contacted ABHT and they came out THAT DAY to look at the problem. Two business days later Richard popped by with a new controller unit, installed it, and fixed the problem...AWESOME! ABHT is a local business and treats their customers like family and friends. You can expect the best service there...much better than from the big tub companies...because their customers provide their own testimonials. Check them out...you wont be disappointed!

This is actually C&W Pump, Pool & Motors. Horrendous experience. My appointment was for 10AM, i asked for them to try to get there as early as possible because i had things to do. I asked for the service person to bring 2 x 8amp 6x30mm time delay fuses and 1x 250mA 6x30mm time delay fuse.At 1024 i phoned C&W Pool, i was informed that he got held up and would be there soon. The shop is 4 minutes from my house per google maps.At 1045 I received a knock on the door. When i asked why he was so late i was informed that my appointment was between 1000-1030. When i asked him why he was 15 minutes late i was met with a blank stare and an apathetic shrug. I asked if he had the fuses in question, he looked more puzzled. I told him that if he didnt have the fuses that i requested he bring, he could not come in, and i was not going to pay him $125.He threw his hands up in the air and told me that he was not going to take this abuse. It was my turn to be confused. He refused to tell me or show me that he had the fuses that i had requested. He told me that the fuses i wanted did not exist, and i didnt know what i was talking about.I decided it would be better if he left. I phoned to report his less than ideal service and found out it was a family owned business, with his wife being the person on the phone. She told me to come down and bring the fuses and they would sell them to me. I was now adament about not letting them past the threshold of my house.Heres the kicker; I had originally called just seeking the fuses and she told me she could not help me, and the only way to get the fuses was a $125 service call. i went to the shop with the fuses, pointed out to him that they did in fact exist, her husband told me they didnt have any.I waited four days. they arrived 45 minutes late, unprepared to complete the job per the customers request.The wife than told me that i saved myself $125 and I should be happy. her excuse was that they werent like Brighthouse, i only lost an hour of my day. When i told her that this was unacceptable, she threatened to call the police. So I left.

I love my Bullfrog hot tub it is so awesome with the interchangeable jet packs!
