My dryer went out over the weekend. I called Gonzales Appliance repair first thing Monday morning and I had a service tech to me by 11:30am. Luis and Eric came out and fixed and fully serviced my dryer and the dryer ducts in my wall. I had a fully working dryer in lest than 45minutes. Eric was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having and advised me on how to do cleaning mantinace in the wall duct. I will definitely use this company again.

Our dryer went out on us and we were in a pinch so we decided to check out Gonzalez Appliance for a replacement. The prices were so great, we ended up purchasing a washer/dryer set on Friday and the set was delivered on Monday. On top of the quick turn around, I was blown away by the level of professionalism by the delivery drivers. They took my old set away, cleaned behind the old set and even reversed the door for easier access! The old door went the other direction and it drove me nuts! They really went above and beyond. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for for the amazing prices and even more amazing service!

I had a blanket on the floor to protect our tile when moving the washer. The tech shoved it out of the way. I put it back explaining I did not want to ruin my floor. After moving the washer back in place, the washer needed to be moved a little to secure with brackets. He yanked the washer out of the cabinet and destroyed the wood on the cabinet. The washer did not need repaired as the problem was in the drain line. Now I have a damaged cabinet which cost me $85.00 service call which I was told would be $75The $$$ is not the issue. Ruining my cabinetry by being careless is inexcusable.

I found Gonzalez Appliances on line after our clothes dryer stopped heating consistently. I called the next morning (12/31/2019) and got an appointment the same day. Domingo was there and in short order replaced the part needed.What is interesting to me, he did not stop there. He cleaned and lubricated the drum rollers and vacuumed the inside. He then got behind the dryer, removed the back panel and vacuumed the entire back section. After he got the dryer back together, he tested and demonstrated that the heating was working.I would recommend Gonzalez Appliances for appliance repairs.

Returned to desert to find refrigerator and freezer not working. Called late in afternoon and Eric and Erin showed up noon the next day. We had feared we might need a new refrigerator, but after a quick look see, they told me that all they needed to do was replace the fan and the refrigerator would be fine. They called their office, the part was sent over and the refrigerator was fixed promptly. I was impressed how polite and professional they were.

My dryer was making a loud horrible noise while running. The repairmen came out and replaced a part it needed. Works like brand new again and the price was extremely fair. Will definitely call them next time I need an appliance serviced!

I have no idea why this company has positive reviews and is in business.the person who answers the phone doesnt know anything about the appliance industry and yet she is screening calls. when i got thru to the next level tier person, bianca, she was just as unprofessional, made promises she didnt keep and never returned my calls about purchasing an appliance. dont bother wasting ur time. this business has major internal problems and wont last long with this type of poor customer service. shame on u gonzalez appliances for not treating your bread and butter customers much better.

Saved by the extraordinary effort of Gonzalez Appliance. Called on a Saturday am with an emergency refrigerator issue. After 8 weeks of home warranty screwups (First American Home Warranty) the last repairman had removed the door gasket and the new part did not fit my refrigerator. He had to reorder the part and it was back ordered. Without a door gasket the refrigerator cannot cool. On Friday they were suppose to return to refit the original gasket. Never showed, so I called Gonzalez for help Saturday morning.Once Angel heard what was needed she got a repairman that was not already booked for the day because it was his day off to come by to do the job within an hour. This was an extraordinary example of outstanding customer service. A dozen other repair business could not be bothered to help an emergency situation on a Saturday. First class I live about 50 miles away so I took my washer in they fixed it in 1.5 hours even had to use parts out of there own machine to get me going. They were friendly and extremely helpful

Don’t go here!!! I brought home a fridge that ended up having cockroaches in the bottom and a stove that had damage on the outside and was filled with crumbs from the last owners. I completely wasted $1200 on appliances that I ended up reselling for half the price and lost money. What a joke and a waste of time and money.

Pricing is very high on repairs might as well buy a new Appliances and the staff is very un professional especially the Receptionists . The owner needs to consider on hiring someone else.

Daniel was here on time, was courteous, fixed dryer quickly and surprisingly left the work area clean! In general everyone from first call to completion of work (the day after the late afternoon call) was a pleasure to deal with.

Repaired the microwave in my motorhome when no other appliance repair company would go near an RV. These folks are the pros.

Came to repair my oven and wanted over $200 for the replacement part which I bought from Sears for $96. They also charged $50 for the service call. A total waste. AVOID.
