Very knowledgeable and helpful staff yeah helpful staff. Great selection of new products as well as accessories for new.. Unfortunately trying to find accessories for a phone that is over a year old Isnt going to be available here.. I came in to get my SIM card replaced because it randomly stopped working the night before and and with a few questions and a couple of Clicks of the mouse, I was shortly back in business with my new phone.

DO NOT TRUST JAVIER he sold me insurance for 17 when he never offered the total protection to me. It offers the same service just no tech support but if you call *611 theyll help you either way… it only costs $7 you can be saving $10.. trust me it literally offers the same insurance if you lose or some steals or breaks but they never mention it to probably get a commission for the store by upping the highest insurance dont believe me just look up he insurances verizon offers and ask when you buy a phone in person to look under “other” when choosing a protection and have him show you never trusting what i buy ill be buying online and having them transfer my stuff since they do it free for tech support

Buyer beware! The staff here will tell you anything and act nice just to get you to buy something you dont need. That includes being told you have a virus and need to replace the whole phone! Never mind a simply resetting the phone. I know this advice was complete BS because they then used a transfer app to copy all of the data to a new phone, which is a huge security risk! They’ll also give you several “free” cheaply made accessories that are heavily marked up then discounted. That way, if you ever return the device, youll have to pay for it all at full price, since accessory sales are final. Skip this place and go to a LEGITIMATE Verizon store. You will get taken advantage of if you shop here.

5 star service when I brought my phone, but when I requested my receipt number so I could register a warranty, I and have to follow up with customer service.I am amending my 2 stars to 4, since my salesman, Omar, followed up with me today and sent my receipt.

Roy did an awesome job of getting us transferred from another service provider. He helped us choose the best phones for our needs, and made sure we had the right plan. Today we went to Verizon to pay our bill, it was our first time visiting this store in indio. And it was very a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The associates Javier and Omar were both helpful and knowledgeable in helping us have the best possible experience and making the process easy as possible. They were so helpful that we ended walking out with a new phone and new store to visit for all our needs we may have the future.

By the time I get notified by Verizon of $400 plus dollars are past due I had been turned over to a collection agency.But the ripping off does not stop there! Ive been turned over to another collection agency from Go Wireless for another $300 for canceling the fraudulent account started in my name.All this for REPLACING my original phone that was already on another account.Further more my 800+ point credit score is no more you #@$€#@$! Reason I imply the expletive is because Ive called the store 3 times to report. Manager will not take the report, or even talk to me.Ive retain the statements showing the two phone numbers assigned to the same device. On a second fraudulent account, while the device is working on the original number assigned. This can only happen when people have access to your account. Which means my credit may be ruined before this is over.Copying this so I can send to the PUC, Indio Police Dept., Riverside Sheriffs Dept just to make sure all bases are covered. Ive been doing business with Sal at R Wireless in Indio, Calif for several years and have gotten great deals each time. I come to Calif on vacation and I get my phones and my wifes phones here and not at home. Try Sal, hes a great guy.

Warning! Predatory company here.They told my 80 year old widow grandma that her Samsung S6 had a virus and needed a full replacement. While selling her on a new phone, they upsold her on a tablet she did not need and locked her into a contract.I feel like Im writing satire, but they legitimately took advantage of an elderly lady by overloading her with info on what a deal she was getting.When we found out after the fact, they blockaded us with a $75 restocking fee among other red tape nonsense. The tablet was still unopened in the box.Please be careful when dealing with this location. Or better yet, avoid them outright.

I came to the Verizon wireless store in Indio because my Samsung galaxy s5 was having performance issues, and I got excellent service from Sal who is the manager. He was very kind and polite, and he gave me a really good deal on a new Samsung J3 Eclipse that I couldnt say no to.It was nice to see a manager who goes the extra mile for the customers, thats hard to come by in this day and age so I try to show my appreciation when strangers go out of their way to show kindness towards another stranger.
