They were swamped busy. Lots of young people in there. I was thinking a long wait was ahead. Not at all. They zipped right through the orders, ran our food out to the lobby, got my order right the first time. Lots of employees behind the counter, all smiling, working as a cohesive team. I was impressed on their hustle. Great job to them and their team.

This Starbucks is alway out of something. It so frustrating that it is the closest one to me and they are always out of either lids, straws, nitro cold brew or honey for the tea:( It hasn’t only been one time its multiple times this has happened. I always have to drive to a further location. They need to stay on top of the inventory to give customers a better experience.

Usually pretty quick service, whether drive through or walk in. Mobile pickup even faster. Friendly staff. No mask required of vaccinated as of July 6 2021. Clean restrooms (at least before the pandemic, not sure if theyre open to public now.) Outside seating and indoor seating, although both are very small and not open right now.

The customer service here is always excellent. The kids in the drive thru are always happy and ask how your day is going.

The bad: The location on hwy 111 and Monroe IS ALWAYS out of skinny cinnamon dolce...the dragonfruit... this location is on the busiest places in indio...it needs to Stock up...we live 3 minutes from there and always choose to drive to a further one to avoid dissapointment.The good: staff is always nice, kind always smiling line moves fast.

The workers are pretty nice but they never some ingredients. They should put a sign up before making line and say what they don’t have cause people make line to not order anything cause they don’t have it. Come on Starbucks😐

Its Starbucks. Fast moving and the staff may get a bit overwhelmed but they are nice and friendly. The manager gteets you at the door, and thats Top Notch in my book!

Ive never had a great experience at this Starbucks and Im a local. Today I tried to purchase a reusable cup and redeem my birthday reward. Apparently this store doesnt carry reusable cups, and birthday rewards are a myth. I also tried to enter the building during business hours and the door was locked. Terrible experience. I will not be returning to this location

The service was good, however, they didnt have available the ingredients for the drinks I wanted such as mango juice, strawberry juice, ginger pineapple, and the brown sugar oatmilk. I was also looking forward to eat a southwest wrap and it was not available either.

Been to many Starbucks around the valley and by far this and the La Quinta location by Costco are the best I like. This particular place always gets my orders correct, even on morning rush with the high school kids in there. Theyve never gotten it wrong. Great customer service always.

This location is hit or miss. Weather its the taste of your drinks, wait time or customer service. The biggest dissapointment is when we are allowed to order online for mobile pick up but arent notified the lobby closes an hour and a half earlier than the store. So you are left waiting in line at the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes. Again its hit or miss.

I love Starbucks but most INDIO Starbucks crew always cheerful and polite. Coffee are made with perfection. Thank you INDIO Starbucks. 🔥🔥🔥

It is starbucks. Unfortunately all Starbucks are not the same. This one gets drinks out as fast as they can so they can move on to the next customer. More often than not the drinks are wrong, coffee is weak and cups are a mess. They love giving you room by room I mean almost a half of cup in your latte or mocha, why you wanted whip. And no foam means an inch of room at the top. They love doing that because the more drinks they have in front of them the less milk it gets. Go to the La Quinta one next to Costco. They make the best drinks there.

I stop going to Starbucks located HWY111 Indio Ca, because the employees were so rude. Its was winter time, I had my 2year old son and I was 2 months pregnant. I was craving a Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. When I told the employee my order. He laughed and shouted my order to the rest of the employees. They all laughed. I just felt embarrassed and left empty handed. Never went back.

Staff was really friendly but the wait was long. There werent many people ahead of us and we still had a long wait for 1 drink. Also, everything was filthy. Could definitely use a deep cleaning and sweeping.

Great staff. For some reason there was an issue with my mobile order and they quickly and efficiently resolved the issue, made up what the order was missing and made sure I was satisfied. Great people!

Was there for about 40 min, finally pulled up and they had the wrong order. Told them that wasn’t my order and kept fighting with me that I had ordered that. I told them I wasn’t paying for that because it wasn’t even my order and ended up leaving. Starbucks please hire good workers who actually listen and have manners.

Went on my 15 minute break to the drive thru and ordered a cold brew asked for heavy cream with sf vanilla/ pumpkin spice sauce and when I received my drink the label had the right order but when I tasted my drink it had no heavy cream. I couldn’t go back because my break was almost over.

Just went there. Took five minutes for someone to come to the register meanwhile other employees just acted like they worked. There was a group of 7 homeless people in the parking lot just roaming the cars...didnt feel safe at all

I ordered three venti caramel Frappuccino’s and a Trenta hibiscus . The guy told us it was gonna be 8.50 and we were confused cause it would’ve costed way more. We clarified it to him and stayed quiet. We got to the window and he gave us 1 drink . And we told him that it wasn’t the right drink. We told him our order again and then gave us the right drinks but in the smallest size there was. But the drinks were good🖕🏻

A non-electrical Starbucks, in other words no place to plug your devices into (NO OUTLETS), so only go here with your devices fully charged & if you are willing to fork out $2.00 or more for your basic cuppa coffee!

This Starbucks has the worst restrooms l have ever experienced in 60 years of traveling. Their staff asked us what to do to clean. We will never stop there again. Tremendously below Starbucks standard.

Had a mobile order a little bit after 5 am. Their doors were locked even though their door signs says they open at 5. I waited almost 10 minutes by the door until the time my drink was supposed to be ready. The staff clearly saw me outside by the door for 10-15 min. It wasn’t until I knocked on the door when he said they don’t open doors until 530am and that I had to go through the drive thru.

Nice friendly staff, its nice that it closes so late. Gabriel Romero a great asset for this store.

I will probably become a regular. Bring your appetite because portions are generous. Like a restaurant in Washington I liked.

Ordered a dbl smoked bacon chicken panini online with the app and order was submitted and went through. I went to pick up, only to be told theyre out,even though i placed an order at least 10-15 min prior. I got my refund for the sandwich, but Im assuming they gave my sandwich to someone else, not sure how priority works with this company. Thanks for wasting time

The coffee is tasty and satisfys. You can even buy it in a bag and bring coffee home and make it yourself. Good to the desire on the inside.

I dont like their interior set up. And theyve made my coffee wrong once, but happily remade it for me, which makes up for the mistake. I usually dont come here, but the one by my home is closed.

Worst experience ever no fruit for any of the refreshers not wonderful at all.

Hours of lobby are not accurate, it say they open at 5, but not! It say they close at 11 and is also wrong. You order throu the app, because of convenience and fast, but if you arrive at 9PM the lobby is closed and they make you go the drive throu. Also if you arrived at 6AM, so FYI these is not point order in the app in these location.

That Turkey Stuffing panini is seriously the best. Thanksgiving exploded in my mouth 2 months later. Fantastic.

My cup was only about 80% filled and the whip cream was scantily spread on the top. Even with the whip cream my drink looked unfinished. The bathrooms and tables were dirty and the floor was covered in spilled ice in several spots. I slipped and hit my knee. The employees looked over and then went back to chit chatting. Also, I tried hooking up my charger to the one and only outlet available to customers (half hanging off the wall) and surprise surprise.... it didnt work.Workers seemed friendly - well with each other at least.

This is the only Starbucks who gives me a hard time and today I went in with my friend they made her drink all sloppy and they didn’t add the Carmel I asked for on my drink this isn’t the first time with them I always have to go back or call about something the only reason I keep coming is because it’s right next to my job . Today they had to remake my coffe three times because who ever was in charge wasn’t paying attention and threw the last drink towards me and said “ here come get it fast so this one doesn’t melt too “ . She didn’t have to say anything but make my coffee how I asked and paid for it . And she was the one in charge

Never had a problem there. Infact... menu doesnt have much natural blended or sugar free options for diabetics. As i asked questions to the girl taking my order in the drive through she offered to make a blueberry banana smoothie since those 2 fruits were the fresh they carry. Took it to my husband fresh outt surgery and he loved it. Thank you to the girl that offered something outta the menu and thought outta the box for me 😊💙👍☝

Usually everythings atleast half decent . But today order a salted Carmel frappe and it literally had less than a teaspoon of salted caramel extremely disappointed to say the least.

This is the closest Starbucks to me and it’s such a disappointment. From my iced caramel macchiato being watered down to my pink drink looking white. I’ve tried giving them so many chances because they’re so close to me but I rather make it a road trip to la Quinta for my coffee now.

Pretty rude employees on a multitude of occasions actually, kinda sucks when you are being nice. If its a somewhat larger order, you get sighs of grief with a big shrug. Which is kinda odd, most the Starbucks I go to have absolutely pleasant people that dont hesitate to get to work. Maybe the boss sucks? Maybe dont work in customer service if you dread it.

Worst seating area of any Starbucks. Difficult parking lot.
