My favorite location is in inver Grove heights. Wonderful staff and I always love my haircut!

Nikki was professional and fun! I liked the personality of the staff. It seemed like they all got along and liked what they do for work! Price was a little higher than I am used to, but I will pay the difference to have a fun experience. I will return!

My stylist was Lesley. First let me say in the past 3 years since moving from California Ive tried 3 higher end salons, and every time I was disappointed. Today I went in for a cut (long to short) a foil and quick style. I gave Lesley the basic look I was hoping for but to basically do what she thought was best (color wise) I am thrilled to say that this is the first time in about 5 years that Ive been happy with the outcome of the foiling, and very happy to say I love the cut! LOVE this place and the people that work there! They are extremely friendly and professional. I had Kara cut my hair and I am absolutely IN LOVE! I had her take the reigns and cut however much she thought I needed cut (major split ends..) and it turned out beautifully! I will be coming back, and I would definitely recommend Kara to all of my friends!

Wow, I have never walked out of a salon without them touching my hair, but this was a first. First of all, stylists were deadpan or a little rude on first impression, not happy to be there. Salon was pretty empty, so they took me right away. I got in a chair and showed them a photo of me with exactly the hair style I wanted. Id done this color and cut before, so I knew what needed to be done. The stylist insisted upon doing things differently, specifically bleaching my hair (never needed to before), and using THIS dye. I decided I wasnt comfortable being pushed and told her that I was going to try somewhere else. As I was leaving, before I even got out the door, the stylists start talking about me behind my back. It was the opposite of the atmosphere I want in a business I patronize.

Fantastic place for a hair cut! The staff is Knowledgeable and friendly. I go every week for the buff and shine special (I keep my head bald). Also they are great at beard trims. My family is going today!

At my most recent visit on Saturday early afternoon, between 12:30 - 1:30 pm, I had only my eyebrows waxed and a stylist I have never had before was so quick and aggressive that I had the skin on my eyelids peeled off. At my visit, I noticed the wax was put on unusually lower on my lid than normal and when she put the paper on it was pretty forceful. The peeling is never pleasant so the pain went a little unnoticed but the stinging did not go away. When she used the oil or lotion to clean up leftover wax it was also aggressive, or my skin was so sensitive now that it had been ripped off that it felt very sensitive to touch. Once I got into my car I noticed just how raw it was and wish I saved the photos I sent to my friends. It has been 2 days since and I have scabs on my eyelids trying to heal.I have been here before and never had this happen so that is the only reason I am not giving one star.

Online it says it closes at 7. Got there at 540pm and the doors are locked. Door says 6pm on Friday. Business should of been open for 20 more minutes. There wasnt even anyone inside besides 1 kid who was just getting finished and 2 employees. Thanks for wasting my time. I drove from Hampton to get a haircut!

As long as you know what you want any stylist can do it.

So I went today and had the best experience from the best stylist I have ever seen . Sandy totally knocked it out of the park. She made my lines so crisp and clean and I will never see anyone again . She knew exactly how to cut my hair without even a word . Shes an amazing stylist . 💯

Called to check availability, and was hung up on. Wheres the manners in staff? A proper goodbye would have been sufficient. Safe to say I didnt go in!

Kara did an awesome job coloring my hair! I think she is making a difference in the world by putting smiles on her clients faces. I highly recommend her!

I will never ever go back to this salon or any Fantastic Sam’s. Rush job, bad cut and rude stylist. I would tell you her name but she didn’t introduce herself. My bangs are an inch shorter than I asked. I’m very unhappy. Maybe I can wear a hat for a month? What a nightmare...

They asked questions & were engaging; which helped ensure we got exactly what we wanted & were happy before we left. And never pressured us about being in a hurry even though it was past closing time 👏😁

Usually dont have a problem with this place. But today it was more important for all of the staff to be in the back talking and eating than give me a haircut..

Its a great place, Im not sure on all the hairstyles there cause I have the same person cut my hair every time. All the staff there are nice and are friendly.

Worst experience Ive EVER had at any hair salon. I went in expecting to drop a good chunk of change, but not $300, like I ended up doing. I wanted a purple ombré, what I ended up with was red streaks that took 3 hours and trimmed bangs that cost me $130. I had no time to stay and get it fixed that day so I came back the next only to be told were too busy today then the next day We dont have enough of that color right now and the manager will call you until a week had nearly passed and finally (after visiting the store 4 different times and not being contacted at all) they told me to come in to fix it as soon as they opened on Friday. I got there barely 10 minutes after and was told to come back an hour from then, instead I waited and an hour and a half went by and still 3 more people were in front of me. I decided then it wasnt worth it and asked for a refund. What I had initially thought was the refund was actually them charging me AGAIN. Over drafting my bank account charging me an additional $37. I go in to get now $260 back two days later and was surprised to find the assistant manager who was the one who gave me the refund KNEW I had been charged again, and chose not to contact me and I had given them my number just days ago. I didnt get the full refund back either, they kept $14 for trimming my bangs which I was told was $5. Ive been coming to this place since I was young and will never step foot in there again after the experience I had. Absolutely NO effort was made to even contact me to try to rectify their initial mistake and they charged me twice for it overdrafting me, while jerking me around for a week, to not even get a full refund.

I did a terrible thing to my hair and Carissa was able to save my hair (and my vacation pictures) at the last minute. I will absolutely go back here for all of my hair care

I got worst experience today i went to do same hair color as i always does but today lady name Sandy did the worst job.. my hair that i asked for same color as before which notes on file she decided to do color red which i never did before!!!!! Then i use to pay around 150 she asked me to pay 250 she did worst job went home crying because of my hairrrrr i did it before with another girlllll????? Like not my first time???? I paid less ???? Worst experience ever do not goooo to this salon they do what ever they want !!!!!!!had to go to walmart to get better color to fix my own hair waste my money for these people!!!!!!

I just called and asked their availability for a walk in mens cut. I was told on the phone there was no wait and I could just come in.As I was across the street at the garden center less than 5 mins away I thought this was perfect time.When I walk in and request said service I was told there was a 30 min wait time.So which is it. No wait or 30? Ill tell you, theres none of my business. Makes it super easy, I cant trust someone to cut my hair that cant be honest to me within my first few mins of interacting with the salon.

Went in today and asked for a wash and trim. My roots weren’t even washed. Only the base of my hair.After the 4 min trim she asked did I want her to blow dry it and I said yeah probably at least halfway(as it is 45° out & my hair is super thick) she basically blew off the hair from my trim.There was even an older gentleman that sat down to get a trim before I did no wash and was still in his chair when I left.I feel like everything was rushed. Not worth $17 at all. Will not be back.
