Can never find help, or the customer service representative didnt know the answer to a simple question about if an item is in stock

All Walmarts are just nasty and gross. This one is better than most.

Very very friendly staff in-store and at the pharmacy. Not a super-center, but you can get just about anything you need there. No fresh food, but a lot of frozen goods. Pets, makeup, health are all well-represented. Happy shopping!

Cottage Grove location. Organized clearance area. Scan and Go cramped and busy. Everyone seemed to want to use it but only four check out terminals available.

On 02-11-21 my friend bought a box of Hostess Cupcakes at this Walmart. He came back to my house and opened one in a dark room (tv only was on) He took a bite and it was so hard. When he turned the light on he found that instead of the icing being dark brown it was a sickly looking light color. Upon checking for a date on the box he found a date of 10-22-19! That is 17 months ago! How does something like this even happen?

This is Walmart but Walmart should have food Walmart here has a very little food they have freezer items they have no fresh items no fresh food thats the only downfall otherwise its a good little itch its just another Walmart but it doesnt have fresh food Im talking vegetables fruits tomatoes all that good stuff they have a lot of freezer items and not a lot of everything else

Went to cash a check today and the machine ripped the check, thankfully they cashed the check for me and there was no bs, they were busy needed more help but they handled the rush very well

Clean and well maintained. The difference between this Walmart and the one in west st. Paul is like night and day. That was is filthy, garbage inside and out.

Had a great day here. I was greeted though out my who shopping trip. Never had that in the cities also I was asked if I needed help when the associate seen the confused look on my face. If I were in any other Walmart and that same situation happened. Associates would not give you a look, they would continue on with their day like you dont exist. So thank you for the employees you chose to keep your store up and running like it is.

Walmart is great. We always find what were looking for. We return all the time. Were true Walmart shoppers!

Compare shelf displayed price to the checkout price. I had 3 items that had shown a cheaper price than checkout price. This is common with this company. Bad business tactic.

And thats why I dont always go to Walmart because everyone else does

I love this Walmart. The only downfall is its not a super Walmart. Other than that I would rather go to this Walmart over anyone specifically the west st Paul one.

Ill tell you the problem with this particular walmart. They rarely have any baskets. Just a butt load of carts. Sometimes I just want to pick up a few things and not have to juggle them aisle to aisle. If the store manager reads this, Get some baskets.

Never busy which is good, but barely anyone working so theres no checkouts open except one or two plus the self checkout. Lot of emptiness on shelves.

Absolutely no social distancing in this store both with employees and customers. Also mask mandate is not enforced for employees or customers. This used to be a nice store. Not any more. In stocks not great either, so disappointed!

Well I did not like it because of the fact that I was in there looking for souvenirs to take back to Texas and Walmart carries nothing here so I hope they get on board and start carrying souvenirs to take back home and the employees are no help at all each and every time that I asked him to help me with something they would always say its another department so I had never had any help and I was just visiting Minnesota

It was a typical shopping experience. Employees were masked up like they should be. Checkout was quick and the employee managing the self-checkout area was particularly helpful.

Its small, dont expect to go full blown grocery store. They have a big clearance section though if that is your thing (2 full isles). Could be better, could be worse.

Once was a great Walmart which was clean and well stocked. Now... not so much. I can walk through the entire store without a single worker even saying a word to see if you need anything or even just to say hello. This store now reminds me of a last couple Kmarts before they closed: dirty, old, empty and nobody seemed to care.

Woman was so rude because I forgot my mask. I know they are important but to act like Im committing some horrible crime over not having a mask. Then tried getting me to buy a mask. All I can say is thats one way to make money. Most stores that want masks worn that much provide them. Youre the first walmart Ive been to that doesnt have them for customers. Want me to return and wear a mask, be more professional

Pick up my wifes pills. Quick and easy. Can even check out at the pharmacy window.

The store is very clean and organized. Plenty of helpful employees around to answer and questions or point you in the right direction. The only thing was the register locations. They are very close to the aisles but then again it is not a very big location. Still a very good experience.

The people watching was only mediocre at this location. Could be better.

Overall just an average walmart with good prices, good selection and 2 cashiers if you are lucky.

Being out of town, this is irrelevant to those that live in that town, but the layout was so confusing. It makes me wish that all walmarts had a universal layout.The staff was very helpful and understanding. Some were not and looked annoyed i was asking for directions to certain items. Thankfully with the help of an associate with a silver badge, i was able to find my last few items.The store was very clean and tidy.As a truck driver. I understand the no overnight parking but please give us a place to park so we can pick up supplies from time to time. Give us time such as 1-2hrs to park resupply and eat if there are restaurants nearby. Thats all Im asking for. Im not asking you to overturn your no overnight parking regulations, though that would be awesome, but i understand the reason behind it.

I went in to get a large tool box and was helped by a kind employee that helped me get it to the register and then helped me load it into my vehicle, the product is great for a reasonable price and the service was great and very much appreciated

Went to cash center but it closed at 6 pm on Sunday, the one time there was no one in a line. Had to run to IGH Wal MartWish West St. PAUL would have more live cashiers all day long and be more in stock as I have found items sold out. Money center to busy most times to only have one cashier on duty, 45 mins was to long of a wait... Thanks you..
