We have only had the storage unit, a drive up 10x10, for a few days but so far I’m very happy. The facility overall is well maintained and clean. I’ve also been enjoying the ease of opening the entrance gate through the app. I initially was trying to sign up online but it didn’t seem like I was getting the advertised special rate. When we went to the location to speak with someone in person, Alice was very helpful and took the time to make sure we understood all of the contract.

Exceptional full service public storage site. You get the very best with Janice at the front desk. She even downloaded my app so I can get into the facility with my phone. Thank you!!!!

We cannot say enough about Janice Cody manager of your Inver Grove Heights Mn property. She hasgone above and beyond to help us secure our 5 storage units and her help to do this took a lot of hertime and talents to accomplish this online. She is a true asset to your property and hope she isconsidered for any upcoming promotions. Her sense of urgency and taking care of the customerIs outstanding. Plus she has a great sense of humor and is fun to work with.

Janice is, perhaps, the finest human being I have had the pleasure of working with. We had an issue with our unit, and she went miles beyond what we would have expected. She made sure we were immediately given access to a new unit and made sure we were completely taken care of. Theres a reason she has flowers on her desk from other customers - and she may have some more on the way!

The manager here is always very nice such great service and professional. The facility is always clean and sanitized I did see this for myself that this is done during one of my visit, so that makes me feel good and hand sanitizers are also there for your use. Thumbs Up.!!!

I recently investigated local storage options. I ended up going with another provider due to a temporary promotion, but have to say I was impressed with Janice. She gave me some great advice and made me aware of things I would have otherwise not even known to ask. Thank you, Janice!! Would not hesitate to use Public Storage in the future. General pricing (internet) was actually the best I found.)

This is my second time renting and second time reviewing. First time was with the old owners who were wonderful. I was a little apprehensive when Public Storage bought the space as I felt it would turn too corporate but it was such a gradual change (tech/bill pay) that it was an easy transition. What i loved is they didnt change any part of the grounds.Theres still a bunch of cameras and the entire area is fenced in so the security hasnt changed. The grounds are super clean. The staff is great! Janice is a wonderful property manager - super friendly and easy to work with.I will definitely be returning again if i am in need of storage space regardless of where I live in the metro!

Janice is great. My unit was bigger than I needed and she made it so easy, whole process took less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend!

I was so truly grateful when I seen that there were new owners of the Inver Grove Heights storage facility where I had rented a unit. The facility is now Public Storage. What a RELIEF the only thing that made it better was meeting Tim the manager. He was a real Blessing during covid forced relocation and all the stress that goes along with this..... management at this facility made moving so much easier! Communication, kindness and respect goes so far! I would recommend this property for storage units if ever asked. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is due to the fact I have not received my original $40.00 deposit back, but I think that is because of the storage facility had changed ownership so technically I gave Inver Grove Storage the deposit, not Public Storage.... so who knows what has happened to the deposit...?Thanks so much to the management for their kindness and understanding, you are appreciated!

I called to request pricing information prior to my recent move. When I spoke with Tim he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about different prices & sizes of units available. He even took the time to inform me when the prices had come down a bit. He seemed to know exactly what size would accommodate my needs for my one bedroom apartment. He really went above and beyond with the way he followed through and was very thorough and polite by asking just the right questions about my move. Thank you so much!

Super Friendly and very accommodating they continually ask how everything is and if there is anything they can improve and they know who you are we had a home fire and they remember me and ask how my home is coming along super safe place top knotch security and they waive to you coming and going you always know what your going to get with public storage constancy predictable and quality
