I will never go back Ionia rent center again. The staff are great. The store manager Justin. Is the rudest manager. I have had to deal with. I have a customer of rent center 20 yrs. Justin is rude argant. Insults is coustomer over the phone. Rather trying to tell them. Justin doesnt deserve to a manager of this store .

Received a TV and Xbox today. Watch him dig batteries out of the toolbox in his truck and they had battery acid all on the bottom of them. Could not use the TV because it was still logged into somebody elses account information and was told we had to downgrade even though we wanted the 75 in. Couldnt use the TV with the Xbox so we decided to plug the Xbox into a different TV in the household cant even insert the game in the Xbox we received nothing but garbage from the Rent-A-Center in Ionia Michigan. I am very upset lets just see what they have to say tomorrow what excuses are they going to have and then theyre going to want me to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund? What a joke!!! UPDATE it was the district manager that brought the items to us. We asked it the TV was brand new and he said yes and that was a lie.

I absolutely love the staff and the rent a center way they allow me to get my wants. I was at Aarons and was going to rent from there but the girl at the rent a center store was very nice and helped me get a better price

Not a good company, staff is rude and the prices are really bad, feels almost like a scam the way they finesse people.

Never againg will i be getting anything from here they told me between 11 and 1 called at 1 and was told they had a prior delivery they where just leaving to do so i waited for 2 hours for nothing!
