I cant express my gratitude for the men is this store. Weve had a terrible time with moving. Drove a hour and a half to get a truck. They were so helpful getting the truck. We had to use separate payments and they showed so much patience helping us figure it out. We were the pain and they went of their way to help. Thank you gentlemen, sorry I didnt ask names.
I was simply looking for a Sears part for my Sears/craftsman lawn tractor.I called the location we purchased the mower from in Ionia several years ago, and he stated they had what we needed.I wanted to stop at one location and get what I needed.I went in to the store, showed the person working there what I needed (blades for my mower,) he remembered talking to me on the phone earlier and came up with a completely different brand that he wasn’t even confident if they would work.Again I went down there after a confirming phone call that he would have the blades I needed.Further scanning around the store showed me half the store was empty, I kinda think they are shutting down and just trying to get rid of what sparse inventory is on hand.I ended up ordering what I needed online.I didn’t want to do that, I wanted to be able to get what I wanted locally from the store we originally purchased from.Will not be coming in again.

Nobody working to help they must not have enough qualified help . They obviously need to pay them more. I wanted to buy and have installed a microwave the one I originally bought from there seemed to have a soft pop and wouldnt work. I dont know if it can be fixed its a Kenmore.
Tried to get multiple appliances, the first time we ordered our delivery was cancelled two weeks after we purchased. The second time we were given multiple different delivery dates.Id recommend just going to menards.
Picked up a u-haul tow dolly. The nice associate hooked it up for us in the pouring rain.

Looking for a small freezer. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I was suprised however, no one inside the store was wearing a mask despite the HHS order for mask use and distancing.

I havent visited the store but the Sears website took me in early August to this location saying a freezer was available at this location. I ordered it and was supposed to receive it Oct 13. On the 12th I was rescheduled for October 24th because of Covid the manufacturer hadnt gotten the freezer to them. Not sure how this can be the issue when it was listed as available at this location. Sears customer service informed me that available does not mean in stock. To which I replied, The hell it doesnt! You may have meant something else but you as a company cannot change the meaning of the words you use on your websites. So on the 24th I waited for a call to give me a closer window for my delivery that day. They never called. When I called they didnt know what I was talking about and told me my delivery date in their system was November 17th. So Sears changed my delivery date AGAIN entirely without informing me via email or phone call this time. Again they went on about covid and manufacturer not getting it to them and again I pointed out that it was listed as available the day I bought it so not simply a Covid issue but false advertising. I also pointed out on October 24th that it was STILL (and still is to this day) listed on Sears website as AVAILABLE at Sears hometown store in Ionia Michigan as well as being listed for $200 less than I paid in August. I was promised (Again) it would be delivered on November 17th and that at that time they would refund me $200. On November 15th I got the automated call again canceling my delivery. When I spoke to Customer service they once again went on about Manufacturer supply and Covid. I AGAIN pointed out that it was still listed as available and that neither GE (manufacturer) nor Covid were responsible for Sears false advertising and incompetence. I canceled my order. I dont appreciate being endlessly lied to. If you have no clue then you dont keep giving the customer dates, and canceling and giving them more dates just to keep them in the loop and hold onto their $. If you dont have a clue then you dont give delivery dates. I was raised on say what you mean and mean what you say. I understand Covid has thrown literally everything for a loop. Thats why honesty is more important now than ever before. If a company is intentionally dishonest then I cannot do business with them. I have contacted BBB and from my complaint of the Sears company false advertising I was giving an email to forward screen shots from the date of purchase, Oct 13th, Oct 24th, and November 17th showing the continued dishonesty of the Sears company. This store may provide great service. I wouldnt know as I havent been there. But both Sears as a company and this location need to stop advertising items available if they are not available, and stop trying to twist words. Available does NOT mean it can be ordered from this location as a customer service representative said to me. After all these weeks and months of runarounds and complaints the Sears website still shows the freezer I ordered as available. If you care about your customers you dont continue the fraud. The persons running this store may be very friendly people and may not run the website. For all I know it could be entirely run by the actual Sears company. Whoever is in charge ought to care about being honest to the customers. I know the customers do. I know 3 people who ordered from 3 different companies at the same time I did. All of them were told late December to mid February. 2 of them have received their freezers and the third just got a call that theirs is in hand and will be delivered Friday. They didnt promise them before they knew when theyd have them. I could have ordered from them and had my freezer if I hadnt been falsely given much sooner dates. DISHONESTY was the issue even if Covid was responsible for the eternal delay. DISHONESTY is unacceptable. Not that anyone cares, that was made abundantly clear. I have had to drive to 3 different cities to divide my food between relatives freezers to have room for holiday baking.
Needed three items. They were out. Left w/o a purchase.
I highly recommend. Customer service was professional and prompt. Delivery of items were on time and the driver was professional and polite. Their prices are extremely fair along with delivery.

The staff is always friendly, Bill helped me get what I needed and back to my to-do list in no time. Im just very disappointed all my favorite craftsman products are going to be Lowes exclusives soon. Ive always tried to shop local and support smaller, independently owned businesses but this will make things difficult....at least when it comes to tools and lawn&garden.

Our appliances were suppose to be delivered this morning between 10:30 - 11:00, that gave us plenty of time to shovel out the drive and sidewalk for them, and to empty the fridge. What time did they show up ? 9:00 ! We had to drop everything and quickly get the fridge emptied and all items put outside. Did they call first? NO. Did they wear booties? NO. Not too fond of Sears delivery methods!

Was not satisfied with an appliance I purchased a month ago there was nothing wrong with it I just didnt like it they offered me a full refund and discount on an upgrade. Also I have no cost on a second pickup and delivery.
