This place is always fantastic. Never had any issues and they even know my name after my 3rd time in.Red Bull Freeze thing with strawberries in it is the best. Dont even try anything else, youll hate it.

My girlfriend and I made a quick stop here last Saturday. We both ordered bagel sandwiches. My girlfriend ordered the Turkey Havarti, which just happened to come with an extra(not so special)ingredient..A very floral deodorant🤮 When we brought this to their attention,they were somewhat short,rude with us and explained that they Dont do refunds! Thanks Bigby, you always know just how to treat your customers 😬

This used to be my favorite Biggby. Now it just seems like any other place to buy coffee. Lost that personal touch and I seemed to get charge a different price for the same drink by sometimes as much as $1.25 more. Much rather go to the one in Portland or Grand Ledge.

This location is fantastic, all the employees are so nice, definitely a regular because of them.

I do not live by Biggby and I miss their Earl Grey hot tea. I purchased a hot tea before going to get my nails done in the same plaza. After my nail appointment I went in there and asked if I could just get some hot water to enjoy more tea. They did not charge me. I also discovered they now sell the earl gray tea sachets in s tin. We got self serve coffee.The honey lid was not screwed on so the lid fell into my cup. The girl behind the counter dumped the coffee but for some reason handed the outside insulater collar back with honey all over it.The half and half dispenser was empty.But the coffee was good after I finally got everything sorted out.

Only stop in here when we are in town, but its always a good stop. The place is always clean, workers are polite and fun to chat up. Drinks and food is always made right. Never have any issues whenever we stop in.

Excellent service. Most of my complaints are a matter of opinion. I found the latte to be incredibly ( too) sweet, the prices higher than expected (even for a $$ coffee shop), and the music too poppy for the venue. I dont intend to go back.

Good option for a short stop and better-than-grocery-store coffee. This store is always clean, the service is good, workers pleasant, and prices fair. And its close to the big box retailers in town.But it IS a cookie-cutter chain-store. Its not quiet. Seating is designed to be comfortable for a only short stay. And local art isnt their thing. So if youre looking for coffee on the go, or a quick conversation thats mostly private, you found it! Biggby is is a good choice, and I reccomend this well-managed shop.If you want something creative, with lots of character, or expertly roasted flavors and blends, head toward the north side of town, staying right on M66 as it dog-legs its way through town, to Sozo.Ive visited both many times, and never once had a bad experience.

I love this Biggby coffee shop in Ionia! Theyre always so friendly and willing to help. Their drinks are always exactly what Im looking for and taste amazing. So do their bagels, muffins, and cookies on those days when you need a little picker upper.

A pretty standard cafe. The staff was friendly but the drinks were a little expensive, especially for standard coffee. Although, my Fiance got the Butter Bear latte which she liked so much we had to go back the next day.

Nice place, decent espresso. You have to know what you want because there menu above the counter is cutesy and childlike. But, for a quick Ubiquitous (ala Starbucks) espresso its good.

I like Biggby coffee. Never had a bad experience yet.

I took my father for coffee this morning, we placed our order and paid for it. We were ignored, they kept serving other costumers who arrived there after us and by the time we got our coffee our bagels were hard as a rock, I will not be coming back.

I ordered four different drinks from the biggby in ionia and they had great customer service and it didnt take long at all to get my drinks

Ever since employees changed drastically it’s not a good biggby. The girls are not very friendly, they gossip when working. The quality of the drinks has gone way down. Doesn’t even taste good anymore, have been to other biggbys and it’s excellent. Very disappointed. Total waste of money going here.

Great, friendly service, quick. Can sometimes get pretty busy with the local school, but they do a great job moving folks through.

The service here was very slow, there were three baristas, but we nly one was actually making drinks even though there were four or five drinks waiting to made.

The iced coffee was refreshing!

Excellent!!! Super Barista working the Ionia store, Sunday morning!!!! Drinks were really well made and we only had the chocolate chip cookie which was really good. The store was clean and comfortable, nice restrooms, free wifi, obviously a nice gathering place.

My own opinion... If you dont shop here very often, the coffee language can be overwhelming! Ive been drinking coffee over 40 years and Ive never felt so unqualified to place an order as I do on the rare occasion when I walk in to a Biggby!In support of the Ionia Michigan store... The cashier did take the time to try to educate me! I was the only customer in the building and she made me more able to comprehend, but not speak the language of Biggby. After my breif tutorial, I again felt under-educated... because so many of the things we spoke of regarding flavored coffee, and ordering the same, we made mute because of the ABUNDANT selection of coffees in the vacuum pump pots at the serve yourself station. I didnt know that you are able to serve yourself!!!Now, hopefully the next time I enter a Biggby, I can say... 3 of your largest empty cups and then, smartly accept the cups and confidently Stroll to the self serve area and act like a frequent flyer!!!

I am here several times a week. Staff not only has a smile everyday, but is friendly and efficient. Longest it has taken me from stepping out of my car till i am driving away was six minutes on a very busy day.

This location is always busy for a small town and the staff all have the small town feeling! Love to treat myself here with a good coffee from a business that started in PURE Michigan!
