Visited this store today & I must say the customer service was 100% the best that I had ever received. Before I was even helped I noticed how well spoken Joseph (customer service rep) was with the customers before me. He made sure that we understood all of the information he gave, that we knew all of our options, and he even advised us on which option he thought would be the best fit for us. I really appreciated it. Going forward this will be the only T-mobile I will purchase from.

Worst experience. Employees fails to provide all related information at the time of purchase which resulted in me loosing money. In addition no one takes the responsibility for failure on their side. Highly unprofessional staff.

I called the store to see if a phone was in stock and what their price was. The associate told me they had the phone and what the price was. I got to the store and a different associate told me they didnt have the phone in stock. I confirmed I had the correct store as their phone number was in my call log. I asked the associate to double check and she didnt want to be helpful. I asked if she could check if another store close by had one and she said I can call them. She wasnt busy. Very poor customer service in many fronts.

Great location, even greater staff! Sonny and Dhania were both amazing and helped me. One of the best tmobile experiences that I’ve had.

Staff and manager are the worst to find

Walked into the t mobile store and as soon as i walked in and both the employees greeted me. They explained everything in great detail and told me about the amazing new offers. Both employees were also knowledgeable about what they were talking and made me feel comfortable about the experience. Also they helped me transfer my data and even though its a small store the employees working there are all great at their job. I would give store a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend this store to anyone trying to get a deal.

Not Good Service. They give you some bogus story and then they charge assistant fees. What a Scam. Guys go to the tmobile store dont go to phony authorized dealers. You can get a better deal and a peace of mind. No hassle and stress if going back and forth. I learned my lesson the hard way. BE AWARE and STAY AWAY.!!!!!

Jesal and Abhi Patel helped us buy an iPhone 11 and port our number from prepaid in. They are a young staff, that is very courteous and asked the right questions to get what we needed done. Getting a new phone can be stressful or overwhelming with all the gizmos and gadgets and a little kindness goes a long way. I would recommend going there if you would like warm friendly service.

I switched from Att at this place. Owner offered me a gift of a business phone since i was opening a business account. I had to go to the place 4 times for them to figure out stuff, they opened up an extraipad line i did not requested and the infamus device gifted to me a month later is costing me 150 dollars plus taxes despite calling tmobile and complaining several times i did not requested this. This are not trustworthy people and i will recommend staying away from this store.

Horrible service! youre better going off to any other store including walmart. I asked the sales rep to help me find out where i can find my product after he said no he doesnt have it, he said NO STORE HAS IT. What he did not know is I already spoke to several other places, i just needed something closer to me. I will never go here the lack of knowledge he knew in phones is sad.

Unprofessional people working there, they don’t know how to explain offers and cant do anything on the computer. We been there for 1.5 hours just to activate new line. Oh man.. they are very very confused.

I wish i can give o or half star for this. Customer service is very poor. I went to store today and employer was very rude also, he didnt has proper knowledge and lying about services. I wish T-mobile can take action against these types of store. I will never go to this place again.
