First off I’d like to say that it’s 06/02/21 and this location says that fully vaccinated people no longer have to wear masks which is awesome!!!! Second I’ve been coming here for years and always enjoyed the items I’ve bought and the friendly staff, and even though I wasn’t wearing a mask today whether they AGREED with it OR NOT.... they were all very courteous to me and very professional and that means a lot to me... thank you so much 😊

Great selection of stuffs, however, long wait time for checkout… the last two times I was there, only 1 register was opened even there were multiple people in line waiting.

The employees here were kind and courteous. I did not notice any type of slowness in customer service (maybe just an off day for one of the reviewers). They were pretty good about calling for backup check out if the line gets long. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have a section for gift wrap, bags, or tissue paper. It would be a nice convenience to have a section like that considering they sell a lot of items to giveaway as gifts.

Have lot of home decors and art supplies with reasonable price.

The manager and staff are wonderful, my home has gorgeous new decor and I saved so much money! Absolutely love this location!!

Im so happy that hobby lobby is in Issaquah now. Its close and a better area then federal way. Big, clean, friendly staff and just like always i could probably spend all day looking around in there.

First time at Hobby Lobby. Staff was wonderful! They sell all kinds of things... clay, decor, Bibles... I was only there a short while in the evening, but highly recommend.

Where else can you shop for all seasonal holidays all year long. What out for the sale ad of the week offering 50% off many departments.

There were three associates standing at one register talking while several people were waiting in line to check out. When it became clear people were waiting two of the workers left despite the large line, leaving one cashier to check everyone out. Terrible service and even worse wait times just to get a couple felt squares.

I should take out stock in this place! Always love going there for new home decor.

This store drives me nuts. They really make shopping challenging.I was interested in some Christmas decor that was high up on a wall. There was no way for me to identify the cost of the items and they were well over 10 high. Why cant you put a small sign up that indicates the prices on things that are stocked up high? I wanted to know what the price was before deciding to purchase. With the limited staffing it takes a while to find someone and have them drag a high ladder out from the back of the store to check the price and get it down. Kevin helped me and he was fantastic! He was patient and checked a couple of items I was curious about.This isnt the first time I have had this issue. In the past I usually cant find help and end up leaving without buying anything. Stop making it so difficult for your customers. Put visible price signage on items on upper shelves or up on a wall (like clocks - I will never buy a clock a HL).The selection of Christmas decor was okay, although there was very little decor for outdoor use.

This was my first time at Hobby Lobby. I was there shopping for yarn and beads and beads accessories. They have a large selection of both. The staff was helpful the store was clean. I will be back.

This is the undisputed champion of live laugh love types of signs in all the land. If you need to hang a farmhouse style sign in your kitchen that days EAT, this is your place. Honestly about 10% of the entire store is filled with farmhouse signs with random room titles and funny sayings. Thats a lot of signs. Like 8 full aisles of them.

45 minutes i will never get back. Tried to go in on my lunch break for one thing today and awful experience. Only one register open and it was the return counter and guess she wasnt qualified to do returns. She never called for another cashier and whoever she was calling to clear the return of the customer in front of me never showed. Easily more than a dozen people behind me when i finally escaped. I am sympathetic but that will keep me out of that store forever. And if the woman that cut in front of everybody when a second employee finally saw what was going on reads this shame on you again.

The staff is always helpful with lots of creative ideas to assist with your creations.Also home decorations to make a house feel like a home.This store has a lot of craft materials that can contribute to family fun entertainment at home sharing time and making memories together.

Because not only does this location have plenty of parking, clearly marked Entrance Only and COVID safety protocols, they also have nice, kind, welcoming employees along with all the crafty stuff, seasonal holiday decor, gifts and home embellishments plus more, more, more! Everything is neatly and thoughtfully arranged to encourage either casual browsing or purposeful, list-checking quick shopping. I like the good lighting, the abundance of choices, and the upbeat items for sale. They specialize in helping you to create and maintain a happy home, whether you are into glitz and glamor, lumberjack chic, rainbow and unicorn glitter, and almost anything else. Tip: DO watch and wait for sales! They often have pre and post season sales that include 50 percent off and sometimes more.Great shop. Just remember they are open Monday thru Saturday and closed on Sundays. Have fun!

I picked out items to purchase with signs stating 50% off, only to find out that particular brand was not on sale. The cashier was a bit rude about it and so I didnt bother going back to check the sign or to find different ones that were on sale. Ill head over to Michaels instead.

Went in looking for some furniture to help with our move. Found a gorgeous shelf on clearance but was worried about it fitting into my tiny car. Amaya, Kevin and the manager were so helpful figuring out a solution! They helped us take the shelf apart, made sure it was bubble wrapped and well protected for the ride home and did all this in such a timely manner without neglecting the many other customers there that day. I already loved this store but now I’ll be happy to go back knowing their staff is eager to help. Thank you Issaquah Hobby Lobby team!

Hobby Lobby of Issaquah is a huge store for all sorts of arts and crafts! Youll find anything from trinkets to pillows, bottles to fabric, jewelry to markers, and so much more! Youll get a sense of where to find what youre looking for once you roam seeing the store a few times. Thats my primary issue with the store layout; I do not recall seeing any easy-to-read signs that told me where things were located. That might be a marketing technique the forces you to walk around and search for your goodies. Either way, its a huge store with a lot of crafts. Ample parking in front.

So helpful....like so so soooooooo helpful. i swing a hammer for my job. arts n crafts is like learning sandscript it’s hella foreign and i see no real use for making something i can buy because i rarely gave time to blow my nose let alone scrapbook. however i was planning several big milestone parties and i needed help!!! The staff were like personal tour guides for me and even told me different products I could purchase not at their store to help me accomplish my project. they actually laid out the particular project I was attempting in my mind in reality with everything i needed. I will forever grateful and a customer at the hobby lobby in Issaquah. LUFF THESE GALS!!

Has a lot of pre made decorations. Cheap holiday selections if youre on a budget.Helpful/kind staff.Its mostly quirky Christian items and home decor for staging purposes. Kinda like magnolia farm/cheque styleIm giving it a three star because I loath the company owner and his messages/politics. And I believe we vote with our money every day so Ill go out of my way to help out a smaller craft store if possible.Otherwise it would be a 4 star for decorations/holiday prep which you can get almost year around here.

Something for everyone

Part craft store, part decor, Hobby Lobby has something for everyone. The store is very well organized and has a better variety than Michaels. Whatever theme youre looking for, they have it. Lots of sales items too.

Multitude of products available. Unfortunately most visitors wont be able to find anything because none of the aisles are labeled at all. If you can see it, you can find it. Tall, dimly lit aisles ensure that you wont see most of the store inventory

So much to look at. This was my first time at a Hobby Lobby. I know now to be prepared with a list. I was so distracted by things Id like to do in the future I forgot half of the items for my project 🤣.

Cool store for all kinds of interests

They have a large variety which is fun but a very limited supply. Drove all the way out to the store...approx 15 miles just to find they only had one of the item left in stock and I needed about 10.

Sadly, Hobby Lobby in Issaquah is another business that we will no longer visit, at least not during this pandemic. While most stores are taking the pandemic seriously and showing respect for shoppers, this store and its employees are completely apathetic when it comes to masks. If you are looking for a Covid fix, this is the store for you.

I went on a Wednesday afternoon (also a holiday) and this place was a nightmare. Several lines about 10+ people long and still had staff not at checkout. Some cashiers are good but some are terribly slow and dont give you as sale prices.

Lots of cheap Chinese produced stuff. Not a quality carrier of things. I bet 90 percent of stuff purchased is thrown away within a year.

I would have given five starts if it wasnt for the one cashier that clearly either hated her job or wasnt having a good day. I put my items on her desk and my coupon directly next to them and when I realized she hadnt scanned the coupon she said oh well too late, payment has already gone throughLady if you hate your job so much...get a new one!Beyond that experience Hobby Lobby is in my opinion 1,000 times better than its competitor Michaels. And this is coming from a die hard Michaels for life fan. Way better prices and selections. And way better discounted deals!

Selection was decent but not as wide as I hoped. Staff person I interacted with was friendly and tried to be helpful but wasnt very knowledgable. Prices were on par with other places.

The brands of yarn that sell there are super cute and great quality. I can spend hours seeing everything.

Clean, well stocked, more painting and calligraphy supplies than the usual, nice fabric section. All around, really nice store with friendly, and thoughtful employees.

Different, Unique, Rare stuff...I have never come out empty handed outta the shop..The concept of the store is to help you pick things to enable you to develop & work on your hobbies..Apart from that, they also offer some home decor stuff which is always unusual, authentic & different..Youll end up having a good time there.

What more can you say about Hobby Lobby!!! This is one of mine & my wifes favorite places to go together,as well as our entire large family around the 3 last festive Holidays. Starting with Halloween, Thanksgiving and the best time of year, Christmas. She visits all year round & I will go every now and then. It is always very clean, well stocked & organized, very creativity decorated, the staff is helpful & courteous & it a always has a Happy Vibe when you visit.
