They were very helpful and friendly. I was shipping a handmade gift that was bulky. The box I brought was larger than needed and they helped me get a smaller box that would save me on shipping and they helped me keep the items safe.

Get any boxes for shipping at home depot. Under $2 there. UPS Stores charge oner $10 for the same size box.Horrible prices, HORRIBLE attitudes, especially from this its not our fault location. Ive been to this location a few times. ALWAYS received the worst customer service. On one occasion, I was told one thing, which I was assured by the owner that I would get a full refund ( for a tube they sell, which cost ***over $30*** to send less than 1# of posters in.) After having to try to reach owner repeatedly (though she said she would call me in 2 or 3 days later), weeks later I was basically told it wasnt their fault, it was UPS fault & UPS wouldnt give me a refund on it.I have more than 1 friend who (without knowing my experience) refused to go to the highlands location because of how horrible the service was & how much they add on to the price...including books of stamps (we have to make some money too).Dont forget the huge (!!!) extra charges to your FREE priority mail boxes (they wont let you mail without weighing it & then adding additional fees to send it, though you bring it fully packaged & stamped with correct amount.) Id rather walk to & stand in line for days at the post office than pay UPS Highlands to even breathe on my package ever again. I strongly recommend you do the same. The UPS store on Gilman is 500% better than this one.There are SO many alternatives to using this store, which I personally recommend.

I have been a mail box customer here for a couple years now. I come in a lot and have found the owners very friendly, smart and helpful and the staff are consistent, cheerful and helpful too! They always happily greet me (most know me) and take care of my every need! I can even call in and they check my box for me to see if anything is in there so I can know whether to make the trip to retrieve mail or not. Keep it up! Im sure it gets a little tough when you are slammed for the holidays and end of year rush. You all are the best! This is a great place to have a business mail box.

I have been going to this store for over 4-5 years now for all my small business needs! I don’t get how some of the reviews bring up poor customer service. I’ve been coming here for a while, the staff are always friendly and super helpful. I understand hiccups may come up during a return or shipping, but there are some things you can’t blame the carrier for. As far as I’m concerned, people here are always doing their job and some more.

Terrible service. I was there for one reason, to return a package, and because the label wouldnt come up in my e-mail I was unable to return the package. I asked for a refund for my computer use and was given the refund, but the lady said I should have been charged for the computer use. I got no value though. This is horrid customer service.

I live in Renton but I go out of my way to drive to this UPS location. All of the staffs are extremely friendly and professional. Tyler (I think is his name) usually assists me and he really is awesome and goes above and beyond. But they are all very nice. The pricing for packaging service is very fair too. Will not go anywhere else but here.

The UPS Highlands store and staff have been wonderful. Very fair prices and quick service. They even gave me some great tips for packaging and mailing off my daughters belongings to college. Ended up saving me a bunch of money! Thanks Highlands staff!!

Very friendly and helpful. I have a box here, and theyre always willing to hold mail while Im on vacation, even when I have 6 or 7 boxes from Amazon. They have been helpful with shipping, passport photos, and everything else you would expect from a UPS store. Plus they always say hello when I walk in to get my mail. Makes me feel like Norm from Cheers.

All of the staff here are friendly as well as very helpful. They value your business and it shows in their friendly attitude as well as their speedy service. What surprises me is theyll allow you to drop off your Post Office packages. This will save you time instead of driving down to Gilman Road. However you must have your post office package label printed and affixed to your package.The only thing Ive found a bit lacking for some although Ive personally never needed it is the usage of a computer which some UPS Store locations have available for you.

Dont waste your time. This spot used to be my goto to ship. What sort of UPS store stops making tape available for packages?! The staff was very rude when I asked to ship my box and I didnt have tape. Lost a customer. As other reviews have said, the older guy was the one who was rude to me. My past interactions with the female and younger male employee are usually positive but Ive had enough of grumpface.

I drop off many many UPS parcels with shipping labels previously made prior to drop off. This location and their immature natured staff had the audacity to charge me $1.50 to print a shipping label which was already made?... Ill be driving out of my way to avoid this place and its staff. Its 2018 guys...
