I have been shopping at this store for more than 8 years! Katrina and her team are absolutely wonderful. It is more of a boutique setting and they carry more than just Merle Norman Make-up... Soaps, Candles, T-shirts, Purses, etc. Love this place when looking to purchase make-up or looking for a unique gift.

I love Merle Norman products. Not enough stores around. I get great service at the Orange Park store. The owner is very nice and ships to me for free.

The lady was incredibly rude! I’d rather drive 30 minutes to the next one I will never shop at this location again.

Amazing Make-up. Good Franchise. Reasonable prices compared to other franchise operators (about $3.00 less on average that we paid in Iowa.) Good make-up doesnt cost more... it saves. If you add up all of the cost of all those $8-12 cosmetics that ladies grab every payday at walmart or target... use once... and throw in a drawer... Merle Norman is a bargain. Most of the products last 2-6mo, and theyll help you tweak and exchange until you get your perfect natural face. Good stuff... for all skin types... all ages... all complexions.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever received. The lady working, I am not sure if it was the owner or an associate, was incredibly rude when answering questions and seemed preoccupied with just about anything other than the customer(s). I will never refer someone to this establishment again and I personally will never shop here again. The products were also slightly over priced, but overall, the environment as a whole was terrible. I highly recommend you never step foot in this store.
