Above and beyond expectations! I thought I had ordered photos but apparently didnt push the final button. I went to pick up photos that werent there. I went back home and tried again. A short time later I received a phone call from the manager! She had remembered my name and had called when the order was done! Old school exceptional customer service. Thank you Leah!Addition: I also spoke with the store manager on the phone who was wonderful. Great experience.
Busy but great pharmacy service
Excellent customer service..EVERYTIME! Helpful & friendly💯😊
Pharmacy staff is super helpful and friendly. Pricing is good.
Great service.
The phamacist was amazingly helpful. I was impressed with the service. The CVS company is a pain. I have continued to get texts (which I was able to cancel after a couple weeks) then they receoved calls every day to renew a prescription which still has 29 days left on it. I called them today and was told the only way to stop the harassing calls was to remove my phone number from my account. Done, but their system is very invasive and not necessary. The only redeeming factor was the pharmacist. Thank you.
Cant open bottle dont they have senior friendly bottle
Every time for the last 4 months I’ve gone to get a prescription filled and told it will be ready I’ve comeBack later than the time stated and still not gotten my prescription. This place is the worst, in now officially changing pharmacies because this place sucks!!!! I’d give it zero if I could.
Just started using their pharmacy after a change of insurance. So far prescriptions have been easy and fast!
They have become incredibly slow. Every time they give me a time that a prescription will be ready, its not until hours later that its actually ready. This week I was told it would be ready at 3pm, 4 hours after I called. Then at 3pm, it wasnt ready...7pm rolls around, still not ready. Finally, at 8pm it was ready, which was 24 hours after I initiated the refill. Its beyond irritating to load 3 kids in the car multiple times in one day to simply try and obtain a prescription. I get that places get busy, but an entire day is way too long. Other pharmacies have delays, but not like CVS, who regularly takes multiple hours and continually pushes back the promised time. This isnt a short term problem. They dont call and tell you sorry, its going to take a little longer due to high volume. They say nothing. They are operating like this on a regular basis and obviously something needs to change in their system/staffing.A few years ago, they were incredible. In the last 2 years, the staff turnover is incredible. Its rare that you see the same face twice anymore. They have recently in the last 6 months started to have issues with receiving electronic prescriptions from Mercy East. Ive had to have my Dr. office send prescriptions multiple times because CVS says they havent received it. I can see in mychart that it was sent to CVS. Ive heard this complaint from others in the last 2 months. Its not fair to patients or even the people that work there. I know staff isnt just sitting around. They are obviously inadequately staffed for the volume they receive.
They show a foot massager on their website, get there...none! They only have them at Christmas time, but you can get pop, Doritos, ice cream, cereal, at a pharmacy but not all medical items...Their advice, go online, I would like it today, not Tuesday...
My husband got his diabetes test strips at Shopko Pharmacy until they closed. Great service. Then we switched to CVS. Problems right out of the gate. Had trouble getting the first prescription filled. Now we have been trying to get a refill for a WEEK. They didnt have any and needed to order them. We keep getting times when theyll be in - only to find they didnt come. This is a pharmacy, for cripes sake!!! We checked the CVS on Humes Rd. They had a few on hand - but my husbands doctor would have to send them a NEW prescription before they could fill it!! Absolutely inexcusable.
The pharmacy staff are extremely helpful and very friendly.
Just moved to Janesville, WI from northern New York. Loved my NY CVS & visited there every week. Clean store with the most helpful Manager and employees. Not so at the Milton Ave., Janesville, WI store. OMG! Had to get the Manager twice. One time she and I visited the product on the aisle where a sale/promotion item I had purchased was not marked. She would not give me the 25% off I had signed up for -- even though the item was not marked and I had no way of knowing. If I had known, I would have purchased something else. WOW! I had missed my CVS badly but not bad enough to enter that store again.
Pharmacist was very rude and judgmental. Since when does the pharmacy know better than your doctor? Very dissatisfied and will not go back there
Are these people for real? Have had very little luck getting my prescriptions filled without a hassle. 2nd day waiting without my diabetic meds. Keep telling me my insurance wont cover my prescriptions only to check again and it does. Not professional at all . Update went to Shopko in Janesville, meds were waiting, didnt even need to setup a account very friendly and professional. I recommend Shopko for your medicine needs.
Been here twice... both times I had to go find someone to check me out after standing at the counter for 5-6 minutes.... I wont go back!
Its absolutely ridiculous that the pharmacy closes at 6 on Saturday, especially considering that the Walgreens across the street is open 24/7.
Love CVS
