Horrible experience with the actual product. The sale people were so nice until the sale was made. Then the real them came out. They had our money and made no attempt to act like they cared that we couldnt keep the service. Denied us a refund but we filed with the bank and reviewed every cent.

This is the worst service I have ever had. My calls get dropped and my phone is super laggy. When I called to get assistance I was told the issue was resolved and yet here I am am agqin today with no service. I asked that my due date change to the 14th. But no he lied he put it on the 13th and now I can not change the date for 6 months. WORST SERVICE EVER!! I will NEVER HAVE A GOOD THING TO SAY ABOUT CRICKET
