I walked in very happy to have the store up and running!! The 2 male employees actually greeted me, and the gentleman who was stocking the merch. went out of his way to help me find ice cube trays!! I want him to be recognized for that. He was busy and had a lot to do...if FAMILY dollar could retain more employees with the attitude of these 2 guys. I would love to be The G.M I would bulid a team together with the 2 guys I met today. With incentive programs I created and have used in my restaurant and as the G.M for others my incentive games, contests have proven to make my team and myself be successful while providing second to none guest satisfaction.

We always go here to get snacks and so far nothing has been wrong the staffif very nice 😋

I went into the store tonight to buy something to snack on, and i had an employee follow me around when i called my card to see how much money was on there the employees made me leave. He gave me no reason why he was making me leave. My guess is cause Im white and he has a problem with white people. Ive never felt so dis respected in my life. He had no reason to follow me around I come in there all the time. You just lost a customer cause it. Worse store ever.

They closed down on January 10th 2021. Everything went on clearance starting at 25% off to 90%off. Till everything was sold. Closest Family Dollar to Jefferson City is in Fulton.

This was one of the most dirtiest places Ive ever been. Theyre was trash literally in the floor down every isle. I honestly was in disbelief. I used to go to this place before and loved it. Just recently moved back here and decided to check it out. I still cant believe it. Corporate really needs to do something about it. It was a disgrace. Really gave family dollar a bad reputation. Just wow

I love going Family Dollar not just for shopping but for looking all the different things that they have I love low prices on laundry supplies cleaning supplies. I like that they have planters plant hangers and potting soil most of the time it just an experience. Its very convenient easy in Easy out no long lines.

It was a mess never seen a store so much stuff in the way. All the Alis are full and stuff on the floors check out counters full of things that shouldnt be there half of the employees acks like their on drugs and floors are dirty stains of something like soda or food so sticky no carts in store. The other morning store didnt open till 11am and a employee locked outside and it was cold she said she had been there since 730am.

It seems to be improving by the week. Fast friendly service always. Getting cleaner and organized. I can tell they are trying.

I love this store because its conviently located by my house and quicker than going to the grocery store. Prices are very reasonable, but the only downfall is they advertise cash back but rarely allow you to get cash back but the store is always busy so they have the funds.

I have to say this place is the nastiest place I have ever walked into. Trash food drinks spilt all over the floor up-and-down the aisles a lot of things were laying on the floor that are supposed to be on shelves you can tell they have not swept nor mopped in a year and it stinks in there. Someone needs to teach them how to run and keep a store clean.I mean, where is the manager? I know they see all this day in and day out. I have been there 3 times, and all 3 times were filthy.

Store is messy and out of order. The over all appearance of the place looks run down and if you didnt know any better you would think it was out of business.

This needs help n the store is always dirty I really dislike going to family dollars. And lines r so long only one person is working at a time. Just service all the time.

The prices are decent on some things, but for the most part it seems Im paying convenience store prices, at a grocery store.

The store was filthy. Several items i needed were not available due to several empty shelves. Clerks were unsure about items that you normally sell. Bad experience.

Avoid this place if at all possible. The store itself is filthy. It is also in a sketchy neighborhood so it is quite common to see drug dealers by the front doors, drunk guys cat calling the ladies going in and out of the store, and the homeless like to sleep next to the vending machines in front of the store.

Because my lunch hour was short today I stopped at this store for toilet paper and a few other things--hoping to get right in and out. Ive stopped here before and this store always seems un-kept and dirty, but I was in a hurry. Today there were hundreds of boxes, full and empty, in multiple isles throughout the store. It was like walking an obstacle course just to navigate through. My cart even got hung up a few times. The shelves were also unorganized making it difficult to find things. It was if someone turned the store upside down and forgot about it. The entry way into the store is always cluttered with items for sale too. This store needs to clean up its act.

Always a quick stop kind of place it was easy to find what you were looking for, if they had it in stock. The volume of sales they do tends to out weigh product on hand.

I dont see white women leave their purses at the desk? I have a problem with leaving my gun behind the counter. The neighborhood is bad and the people behind the counter appear as sketchy as the boosters.

I gave the lady 10.00 and she try to say I gave her 5 but when she ralize she was wrong she apologize.

Some items youll get cheaper than Wal-Mart. But you might not get the quality. SHOT is yours price or quality?

None of the workers were any help, they couldnt answer any questions. The cashiers were rude and VERY slow! Many of the customers were very upset and left their carts. Wont be going back any time soon!
