My kids and I love to go to see all the cool things we can find. Lots of holiday themed crafts and decor at the small price of just 1 dollar. Employees have always been very nice and helpful. Just a fun place to grab odds and ends items and also has lots of household items always in stock.

Had everything I needed very productive trip

This place is a great source for reasonably priced decorations and art supplies. They sell things here for a dollar that would be much more other places. It is a fun store to go to on a weeknight after work, and not have to spend a ton of money.

Employees are knowledgeable giving me directions where specific products are at that Im looking for. Cashiers are smiling and friendly.. Telling me to have a great evening.Peace💗Ms. Sharon

Although dollar tree is a good store to find deals and products cheap but they need to do a overhaul and clean and tidy the store up. Its a hazard and always messy. The carpet looks nasty and things just thrown around. To many times there are boxes of product laying in the aisle that could easily be tripped over.

Ive gone to this dollar tree as long as I can remember. They have a great selection, as well as friendly staff

The 2 ladies that were working here today ( 6/13/2021) were great! They were super helpful, and a pleasure to interact with.

I dont expect much when I go to a dollar tree, but this place is disgusting. Boxes everywhere, products laying all over the floor. There is more stuff on the floor than on the actual shelves.

Went with my Mom and Grandmama. We loaded up on all kinds of great stuff. Everything is a dollar and if I could I would buy one or two of everything.

The dollar tree at Youngstown is great. The other one sucks you never know when they are open or closed, the parking lot all ways looks trashy.

This store is in Zion one of the lords spiritual points and very blessed anything you could wish to make the ingredients start from here and your on your way to a good wish protect and watch it come true before tour very eyes

Store was crowded because the other dollar tree store is closed due to inviromental issues which they are working on getting the store reopen. Cant complain about the prices, since everything is a dollar or less.

That is the most Pleasant Dollar Tree that I go to its not dirty theyre always organized and the young lady thats working there tonight she was excellent she was stocking shelves and doing the cash register and also helping me out I am so grateful that I got a chance to do the survey I wish I knew the young ladys name she was a black woman working at register three I appreciate her help

I love it for craft supplies: picture frames, silk flowers, vases, etc. Cant beat the price! Management could be more patient - when cashiers are with customers, theyre hollering across the store for them to get other things done. Pretty rude and unprofessional. Otherwise, I love Dollar Tree.

If they’d open up the store in time, that would only be a start to running a great business. I came at opening per website.. and a lady kept shoeing people away. The store is not well stocked and their employees are not very professional. Most likely will not be shopping at Jeffersonville Dollar Tree.

I like the store but the fact that my seven-year-old found a box cutter in the toy aisle and I took it to the manager named Anita and told her about this and her response was I dont know what you want me to do, I dont even know who to blame, I got a little irritated, then going down another aisle, my six year old points out another one just sitting around, so I turned it in as well. Then I hear her say to another employee He mustve brought those in, he is just trying to get something out of it, instead of ensuring that no other children could be hurt by checking the cameras and found out what employee left them there in the toys. Its a shame how people act nowadays, it could have very easily been a 3 year old that found it and it could have been a tragedy. Also, if I had been the one to do that, wouldnt I have been trying to record a video of my kids finding them? Some people are just not management material and she definitely fits that description. Today was great 3-31-19 no long line. But 99% of the time you stand in line 20+ mins because only 1 cashier.

The store is usually in disarray and it can be hard to find things. Be prepared to do some searching.

Much cleaner than Clarksville and New Albany!!!

I enjoy my trips to the Dollar Tree, I can usuall find things I need there and Don have to pay an arm and leg.

Typicall dollar store. Kinda messy. Cashier went to put stock away, yelled out to customers Just holler when your ready to check out! Her intentions were good, but Im not yelling at anyone lol

The Dollar Tree in Youngstown shopping center in Jeffersonville, has GONE TO TRASH. I am not here to post negative, or rude comments, but ever since they fired the manager, Wilma, and a few other employees, this location looks HORRIBLE. The store is not stocked well at all anymore, and items are put anywhere. No one straightens the products on the shelves. To be honest, it looks like it was hit by a tornado. Dont get me wrong, the new hires, are pleasant. Their work ethics have MUCH TO BE DESIRED!!! I used to work there, I know this stores capabilities. There is one employee that I know of, that is still there, but I doubt shell put up with the chaos much longer. Wish it was what it used to be!! Ive heard others talk in the clarksville store, how BAD it looks at this store. Coming from employees AND customers.VERY SAD!!!!!

Run very well. Everyone is polite and respectful. Quickly checks you out and asks you to come back.

Horrible, one single long line that takes forever to get through, whats sad is the cashiers seem to not care how slow they are because its not important to have quick fast friendly service, there way of thinking seems to be its only a check

This store is the worst! It’s Dirty and not stocked, the mangers are useless and one of them is very rude. The cashiers go on break whenever they want and leave only one person up there and seem to take half hour breaks or don’t come back at all.
