Owned by TMobile now. Seems like things have changed because employees arent as happy as they once were. Big business takeovers dont make local companies better, they just create bigger issues for employees.

Best provider for reliable nationwide service in my opinion. I have had Verison, At&t and others and by far Metro puts them all to shame. Great phone and accessory selection and best of all NO F**KIN CONTRACT! !!!!! The wife and I have unlimited data and text and pay $80 per month.

Excellent customer service. The staff have excellent people skills, and patience especially with dealing with a difficult problem.

I went in this store for the promotions. Bring your phone from another company and get two Samsung A20s. They only had one phone left and they told me the promotion was for one phone. After calling metro PCs toll free number and finding out that its for two phones I returned and the rep said I had to bring two lines but Im not getting another phone. He was rude so I left. I will never go in that store again

Only go here if the blue jeep is there. He is very nice and helpful. Other male who i was told was the owner, is very rude, short and condescending. Like it was a bother to ask him a question then treats you like an idiot when he answers.!!

John, our representative was helpful but not very patient trying to understand the needs of my 82 year old Father. We are satisfied overall with the new services and LG phone we acquired from Metro PCS.

I brought in my phone because it was having a problem with technician spent all of 15 seconds with it before telling me that I needed to buy a new phone..I brought my phone to someone who cared he fixed it in 2 minutes that says a lot about Metro PCS

No lines. In and out. They knew what they were doing!

The male service rep on duty that day was very Curt, rude and not helpful.After checking my phone and finding out that it was no longer any good I purchased a new one then asked about a phone case and he exasperatedly pointed to them. And I was the only person in that store 😡Needless to say I did not purchase one there. I will not return there or recommend that store !!!
