We were at Metro 4 days ago we werent able to get service on one of the phones. We went back to ask for help and they try to sell us a whole new phone at the full price so now were at T-Mobile getting correct service at the correct price dont bother with the little guys go straight to the big man
Walked in last week with my wife to look at possibility of switching carriers. We had our two young girls with us who are very energetic. The staff was extremely helpful and kind they paid attention that we had our young children and even helped keep them busy. Geo help the girls play on a tablet to keep him occupied Sarah also gave them a snack to keep them happy. As far as the phones Johnny and Sarah spent a lot of time helping us figure out our plans and switching over and giving us the best deal. Great customer service hands-down very pleased thank you to all three of you definitely would recommend other people going here

They workers were super nice but definitely took advantage of the fact that I’m young and don’t know what this all costs. Along with added a bunch of extras and didn’t tell me til the end when I was already late for work so couldn’t argue. I said I needed a case, and she said she got one for me but then she made me aware that she charged me for more than just a case and told me I needed all of that for my phone to work when I have it already. I tried to say no and they just pushed. They added an Apple Watch line to my phone after I told them I didn’t want it and that I wanted them to take it off and they basically told me no and that if I wanted to I could come back in before the two weeks was up and disconnected. I have one phone line and one Apple Watch and somehow my bill was going to be $125 every month? It just doesn’t make sense. Honestly kind of upset. They made it seem like I was getting a deal until I went home and looked everything up.
When to other T-Mobile got bad service came to this Steve and Gabriella really helped me out great service

The person who helped me was super awesome. He even interacted with the representative on the phone to make sure I was taken care of. The repair center is closed and the bigger location is corporate like part.
I was having issues with my phones mobile network connection due to the merger with Sprint. I tried 2 other T-Mobile locations and called sprint tech support. No one was able to help me. I then was told to visit the Sprint store in the mall. When I arrived they were very professional and knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes, my phone was back on the network. I highly recommend this store. Thank you so much.

Michael was very helpful,he walked us step by step with the carrier freedom department, made sure we were taken care of. Bobby is just fabulous from the moment I meet him he has been so helpful and friendly. You can just tell these two just really care. I will be recommending people to Bobby or Michael. Pretty bad for a run of the mill phone store. Asked for help replacing a damaged phone through the insurance program. Was told I needed to pay my bill before, i did. After i was asked what new phone i would like to pick out. I asked for the same type. I was told that i should just call the 866 number. I asked if they could, I was told no they needed to hear from me personally. I left with the numer and my broken phone. The number was for a Walmart gift card sweepstakes. I was able to file my insurance claim online with out talking to anyone, thanks to Google. Morale of the story? Dont go here. They wont help unless its commission based.
We have never visited this part of Florida, however, a staff member at this particular store bypassed the security of our account and allowed someone to fraudently purchase $339 worth of products on our account. I hope that management is really looking into this and the people involved.
Went shopping yesterday for a new phone at t-mobile on US hwy1 by the mall and got a horrible experience the i learned that there is another store inside the mall so i went there. Immediately an energetic young man approached me with a smile asking me if he could help me making my day brighter. Although i did not make a purchase but i definitely will revisit him for all my wireless need.
Im not giving any rating. I called,was put on hold, and then told to leave message. Theyre closed! All the great ratings are like over a year ago. Lukas must be gone. Lol
