Last time I was in this store there were two associates behind the counter. They were just talking amongst them selves and never acknowledged that there were customers in the store. My son and I were not the only ones in there and they could not care less that they were not talking to any of the customers. This place has a lot of cool anime related products but the associates are not making sure the business is running the way it should be.

I love this store, best place to go if you like anime and want some merchandise for it.

As a person who likes anime, it is a perfect shop for anime lovers and Kpop lovers alike.

Our soon to be new favorite place to go to. Im moving my kids to Florida and anime is their thing! Upon walking into this place I instantly was pleased with the inventory of everything to anime figurines, swords, and anime book collections! We will definitely stop by soon for more purchases!

Worst customer service ever very rude owner.

Its very cute but none of the merchandise is licensed. Everything found in-store can be found on bootleg markets such as Aliexpress and Wish for less than half the price they resell at. All of the tapestrys hanging in the shop feature artwork taken off of the internet and reprinted, same for their bodypillows. The fabric is also very cheap and the print is blurry. They will often repackage cheap, unofficial keychains and sell them off as official. They do have used manga for good prices, but there is no other praise to be given regarding their anime merchandise. You can go right next door to FYE and find licensed products for most times at a better price!

Horrible experience my two 12 year old boys who have never been in trouble before went into the store when they got a knife pulled on them for absolutely no reason. When we spoke with the security guard he wouldnt release the video security tapes to us. Very rude very disrespectful. Absolutely do not recommend anyone going into this store. No guy in the mall should be aloud to have knives on them. Especially directed towards young children.

Been coming to the best store around. they got the coolest stuff. a must see and buy. anime, manga and sword lovers rejoice. ^_^

One of the bowls were broken in the set that i purchased, and they sent me a replacement with no trouble and no worries. great customer service!

This little shop has soooooo many kool and beautiful everything. Every time we go to mall we have to stop there, the employees are always very helpful with questions and very positive energy from them.

Great selection of anime stuff...really cool swords and other things from games and movie..really loved the key blades..they have tasers,knives,Japanese candy and drinks,Pokemon merchandise,Dragonball merchandise..just all around a great place to buy or even brows..def one of my favorite stores in the mall..I always make it a point to go inside everytime Im there.

Great store where i live its the only store where i can get anime and i recently got a vocoloid figure/keychain today im about to get a figure soon and a manga i highly reccomned this store for anime and k pop my sister is in love with k pop and i love anime so me and her get our stuff and put it in our room so go to the store and support them

For all things anime, you gotta stop here.They have a good selection of manga, figurines, plushies, posters, knives, and oriental decor.If youre a kpop fan (as myself), it is a good place to buy merch like light sticks (dont count on the BTS Army Bomb though!) I personally dont recommend buying albums here because unfortunately, they do cost more than certain online websites.
