Every experience with Pandora has been positive. The last visit, the sales associate noticed my husbands military ID and made us aware of the discount. I love all of my pandora jewelry.

Pandora at Christmas time was a bit crazy with all the people but the way that the employees handled the crowd was excellent. They took the time to walk to everyone in line and take orders if the customers already knew what they wanted and checked people out as fast as they could. My overall opinion, I was Very impressed !!

Made my first purchase and the ring was too big, I went back to exchange it a week later and they told me I couldnt exchange or return because I wore it a couple of days. Funny they said try it a couple of days and if its not right come exchange it. Ugggh, I will be careful next time before I waste $100 on something I cant wear. It is a beautiful ring though.

Worst customer service from Alex & Anaih, made me wait over 25 minutes for a return, on a mistake she made on my GC. I would NEVER go back again. Couldnt even speak to a manager, since there was NOT one on duty. This is not the 1st time ibhad problems walking into this store.

I called the store to pick up a curbside order and no answer call about 5 times and it would ask me to type number in to leave a voicemail and then I finally someone answered and all she was you need to come inside, we have no one to take it out to you. Why say you have curbside if you don’t!? I have 3 kids with me and opted for curbside because it was going to be very difficult for me to get off at the mall with three kids. I went out of my way to come to the mall because they offered curbside and they couldn’t even bring me what I ordered.

I wish i can give no stars, after a lady wrote my name in the waiting list and about 15 minutes after waiting a different lady (the only girl in the store in black and white) came and told me they cant clean my bracelet because they were to busy, oh well i was thinking to buy some charms but of course i left the store after this girl said that. customer service is very important and obviously this lady does not know anything about that. If you are thinking to go to this store you better say once you get in there that you are buying something. Learn how to build relationships with your customers

I have three daughters and of course my mother. I have been going there for years, the service is great. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. I will go back for many more years to come.

Great selection of jewelry. Ive always had stupendous service, however, this particular salesperson was not very outgoing and she came across judgey. Ill be back but hopefully I wont have that particular salesperson again.

Just tried to see if something could be done with the sizing of the ring I purchased within a month and was met with an unnecessary and rude attitude from the store manager.

I would like to say a few words about this store as its the only one in Florida that I have worked with, I went in the store, and originally didnt get help, but as I was about to leave the young gentleman stepped up, and was great.. I went back a second time, he wasnt there, but I met Ellen, she was the bomb, couldnt be more helpful, so I made a purchase, Mallory delivered purchase.. I would highly recommend... T. JONES
