I have 4 children and I live in Jupiter. I was a regular but will never set foot in this store again. Garbage.

There are still NICE people in the world.I came in this evening to buy an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday tomorrow and when I tried to leave my car wouldn’t go into gear. I called for a tow truck and was told the wait would be an hour. I asked if they could hold onto the cake until the driver arrived to pick up the car.Well 2.5 hrs later, now 10:15pm (arrived at 7:30pm) the tow truck was still not there and they had closed the shop. The nice lady behind the counter apologized that we were still waiting and offered the kids and I an ice cream to help with the long wait.It made the kids smile and really made our day.Thank you for your kindness!!!

Asked to leave because of no mask, yet the employees wear the mask under their nose. What a joke

Our family LOVES this place! The down to earth ambience and family atmosphere keep us coming back time and time again. It always feels like we are going back in time when we visit Carvel. We are BIG fans of this locally owned business and we will be seeing you again, winter AND in summer!
